Only had their ice cream, it was good, not great, place was okay but selling area was a bit dis organized. Cost was pretty high as well. The 2 staff workers were extremely friendly, kind and helpful!
Avoid at all cost. Overly priced and flies and gnats are in the ice cream and brownies case. I told the girl at the register and she said “Thank you” told the manager and they went back to serving people ice cream and brownies. The flies and gnats were seating on the items. I wish we could upload videos on here.The 5 pieces of candy was $12. I just side eyed my husband when he told me how much he paid for that. The life of having a daughter a guess.
The Brunette server is rude and does not serve the same size scoops to everyone. We asked for certain menu items, which they said that they didn't have the ingredients for but mainly gave the impression that they really just did not want to do their jobs. One scoffed when we asked for just 2 banana splits. Word of advise to the brunette. Find a job where you can be happy and serve better. So bad I actually felt the need to post this, normally i just say forget about it.

Fired a girl after she got kidnapped for bringing "bad publicity" to the store. They make 16 year olds work alone at night and have all around bad management. Do not shop here, there are better sweet shops around Hot Springs.
Not a great experience. Shop is cute but service was slow, they were out of most every flavor and my cone was not only very small, the ice cream was mediocre. Wouldn’t return.
We walked in and there were no employees insight , then when we did see an employee they didn’t greet us or ask if we need help. We went to get ice cream and the girl behind the counter seems more interested in what she and her friend were doing after work and she was yelling across the store at her friend and other employees not really acknowledging the customers. If I really wanted to I could have walked out of the store without paying for anything and getting everything for free without anyone knowing.
This place is a sugar lovers dream! Cotton candy, ice cream, hard candy, taffy, drink syrups, and so so much more.They have so many cotton candy flavors. You could be looking at the flavor list for 30 minutes and still not know which ones you want! I say which ones because you will certainly want more than one! Best part is if you don’t see a flavor you want out on the floor they will make it for you! The sour flavors are personally my favorite. But with that many options it’s hard to pick a favorite! If you’ve never been I definitely recommend when visiting the hot springs area!
Absolutely horrible service. If I could give less than 1 star I would without hesitation. I can't comment on their product because I never received one. I actually had to ask someone if I was invisible....
Always a good experience here! We love the treats & the atmosphere!
