Sat in the drive through for more than 40 minutes and it was not even meal time. In the mean time no explanation, no apologies for the long wait. Lady at the window looked hostile. Not doing this again.
The food was old and red beans and rice was only half full. I called to speak to the manager (christopher) and he was very unprofessional and rude. Mocking us and telling us we were lying and hung up on me once so I called back. Called corporate n was told someone would call me back and they have not.
The food was hot and fresh! The staff was very friendly and professional!
I arrived at 10:30 and they told me 12 mins for a chicken sandwich I said ok then they said oh there frozen so we are not cooking any more the turned the lights out. Wow great customer service.

This is a good popeyes. They made me some fresh hot shrimp which was good along with everything else. If you like popeyes this is a good one to stop at.
