I ordered an 8 pc meal today. It was all horrible. The chicken was swimming in grease. It had an awful taste. The Mac n cheese was way too salty. The cole slaw was discolored and tasted old and dried out. I ate 4 bites of Mac n cheese, 2 bites of cole slaw and a thigh. It made me sick. I took stomach medicine and slept for 3 hours.I ate at Popeyes on central about 2 yrs ago and it was really good. This food was absolutely horrible. My husband who has an iron stomach couldn’t even eat it. I wanted to take it back but my husband said throw it away we won’t eat there again. We didn’t even feed to the dogs.
This popeyes is a nice and good popeyes. They will make fresh shrimp on your request or if they dont have any down. My only issue with this location is that they dont fill up your side dish cup. They leave a little bit to much room in the cup with your side in it. When I pay for a full meal I expect a full meal, but besides that everything else was good.
I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the window, then saw/heard confusion over my order. Was asked to pull up an it took another 10 minutes after I was told 3, to get my food. Got to work and my fries were cold (I work right down the street) my chicken sandwich had no pickles. I have a 30 min lunch break so I will not be going back for lunch.
Waited 30 + minutes at Popeyes on Albert pike. Ordered a 16 piece family meal for $44.99 got home and the chicken was smaller than my finger there wasn’t even enough to feed everyone at home. I Would’ve ordered a 10 piece for $20 cheaper if I wanted 10 pieces of chicken. The chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way through our sides were not even full there was literally like 10 grains of rice. ?? Popeyes 1508 Albert pike road. Hot springs Arkansas
This place has a disconnected number so you have to call other stores to complain..this place refused to give dipping sauce with meal unless you pay extra...just terrible..and really slow
We waited a very long time, the food quality has declined, less tasty. They add less food when sides are ordered now. Pretty disappointed, do not plan on stopping there again.
Love the chicken. Going thru the drive thru is a gamble however. I rarely get everything I ordered the first time.
We got there 30 mins AFTER they opened so u would think that everything would be FRESH & cooked just right. WRONG!!! My girlfriend ordered the 5 piece tender box an the tenders looked more like NUGGETS an on top of that, they were UNDERCOOKED. So we turned around an went back an I told them that they were UNDERCOOKED & the manager act like she was suprised & had a slight attitude. They dropped some more tenders & this time they were done. Don't think I'm going back to this location again.
Last few times we've gone, the biscuits have been extra dry, over cooked, and not at all salty like they normally are. And the pieces of chicken we've received on our spicy chicken sandwiches, have been HUGE. Which doesn't sound like a bad thing, expect you can only get through half a sandwich because it's so big. Previously, this location has been amazing though - just not in the last couple of months we've gone.
Got Mac n cheese with my order. The cup was only 1/4 way full.
