Did not have enough sauce on it, had to order extra sauce just to get it like a regular pizza should be. Customer service wasn't very good had to take the pizza back he said he made it by the measurements and I've had pizza there before that was delicious had enough sauce good this one did not
Food was hot and delicious. Had a house full of people and needed a quick meal to feed. Timing was on point.
Every single time I order from this store my delivery is missing an item. This past time the cinnamon buns I had used reward points for was missing. Annoying. Maybe just include all things ordered.

First off lisa the closer on 11/26/21 is a real Karen. Placed a order she called said there wasn't a delivery guy asked if we could pick it up we said no but realized we were a block away but she hung up we called back said she already voided it told us to put in another order so we did and walked down there she sent the DELIVERY guy Jacob to tell us she voided that one to and that their ovens were off which Jacob made it right with us I would give him 5 stars any day he deserves a raise. That they gave me the pizza that they messed up and had to remake for free, so i ended up getting 3 larges instead of two. That was cool, they could have just not told us and we would have never known.
