We order frequently and our pizza is always made correctly.
Ordered item that I was informed was not available . Replaced w other choice made by restaurant. Told discount would be given. Quality of food was terrible . Food was left in warmer for 17 mins after done until I finally went inside and ask if the " only" order in warmer was mine to be told yes and we was trying to do our closing paperwork. Which I could clearly see from my vehicle being parked at the front door that my order was not being prioritized. Staff was rude & very unprofessional. Even looked as if there hygiene was questionable. I work in the industry and typically do my best to stay positive but this experience was beyond horrible.
I ordered a supreme and it was awlful..no toppings..could see the crust so disappointed I've wanted this for weeks won't go bsck....
I would of said I strongly agree if when they deliver my order they would of delivered all of my order that I paid for and didnt get. I called them and they said they would take it off but I really wanted it.
Folks were great, friendly and attentive. Food was great.
Delivery order with the standard 20-30 minute delivery promise. 47 minutes later I got the text message telling me it was out for delivery. 15 minutes later the driver knocked on the door. And the store is less than 2 miles away.The pizza was not even warm. Room temperature at best.I'll never tip before delivery again. Dude got 25% for this.
The staff was great and very friendly. The whole town was iced over and this guy way open telling us how he even delivered to people aged they closed because he had a truck that could go where others were stuck. That's dedication. My pizza was great but out of 3 toppings, 1 was there a lot and the other 2 occasionally. Still delish.
UPDATE: Got home with $20 stuffed pizza and there was not even 1 pk of cheese or peppers‼?Wonder if they had read my review while we were waiting⁉️Older woman, on right register as you come in, was extremely rude!!! Haven't tried pizza yet but will not be back. The other lady was very nice and patient. There is only one menu to look at and it is at the register. They should put one on the wall so their employees don't snap at customers visiting for the first time..js!!!
