Ordered a pizza online and it was badly wrong. Called the store, explained the situation and was told they'd send out a replacement. Replacement arrived after an hour, and the replacement was even more screwed up than the first one. 2 Stars only because I called again and was given a refund. We'll see if I actually get it back on my card or not.
I ordered a medium barbecue sauce, chicken, and spinach pizza with original crust well done. My order arrived 45 minutes later and there was nothing well done about it! When I called they said "we will send another Pizza" and to No Surprise when it arrived it was no better than the first one. I will no longer order from this store and I advise others to do the same.
I was in Hot Springs today and stopped in to get two pizzas. I live in Mena and if you don't know no one here knows how to make a good pizza.Well I guess I'm going to have to go back to Ft Worth to get a good pizza. I was very shocked to know how much a small and large pizzas cost. Needless to say, I was not pleased with what I got.Brandi name on my receipt not sure she made them or not. I live 1 1/2 hrs away and I know I should have looked at them before i left. The large was was totally wrong. We are allergic to onions and mushrooms and I ordered Pepperoni. I met the owner Brent today and he was a very nice guy he even gave me any large pizza ? the way I wanted it for 12.00 dollars ? good people will always keep me coming back ?

New store wow!! Cleanest store I have seen.pizza was amazing and I love the new drive thru!! This is my go to place in hot springs for pizza.
Just tried the new store, place is great. Met the new owner Ross, you can for sure tell it is owner operated. Right in the middle of town, I will be back.
Ive never had such an unpleasant experience. The manager hung up on me, the employees were eating our food as we pulled up. The worst attitudes, the store was disgusting, and we WILL be reporting this shop to corporate.
If I could have rated negative stars I would have.This is the worst store I've ever dealt with.I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, with extra pepperonis and when I received them and both were not what I ordered.I called the store and asked to talk to the manager.He finally got on the phone with me and he was the rudest man you could imagine.I explained what had happened and without asking me my name or receipt number, he said, "you got what you ordered," and hung up on me?I was so mad, I wanted to drive to his store, but didn't. However, I will be on the phone with Corporate, Monday morning.
We ordered a 12oz cheesy sticks order and a pepperoni pizza. About 50 min later they came out with two small cheese pizzas and a 10oz cheesy bread. They eventually got the order correct but even then the crust was gross and looked like it had come out of the trash. Two stars is being generous.
