Better than it's been in the last couple of years...The server was attentive and as prompt as she had control of. The kitchen seemed pretty slow and the steaks were over cooked. We decided not to send them back because we were afraid we would starve to death before we got replacements.The food really wasn't as good as I wanted but it was as good as I expected, which is tasteless except for excessive salt.Good luck if you eat there.
Outback is a wonderful place to eat in Hot Springs. The food has always been great. The atmosphere is very chill. But even more so the staff are very on point and pleasant. My husband and I only come in now on days when we know that Trevor is working. He has the best, most sincere customer service I’ve had the pleasure to witness .Trevor is very professional all while making his guest feel at home. Go visit your Outback Steakhouse in Hot Springs and ask to sit at the bar or in the bar area for a wonderful dinning experience.

I would hope that the "hostess' will next time get up off her stool and open the door for a patron being wheeled into the restaurant in a wheel chair. I would also hope she would get off her stool after the patron's spend over $60 in her restaurant and open the door for the wheel chair bound patron as he leaves.
The foods great my only issue is that appetizer’s and salads are supposed to be brought out before the meal not after.

Having lunch today. The place has about 6 customers total, the hostess is sloth slow and the tables weren't clean. She had to clean one even though there were a bunch available. We were still seated in a booth with food and liquid in the seats that she didn't bother to wipe. The server/bartender was super great though! Polite, fast and professional! If her energy had matched the hostess energy, we would have left before ordering at all and gone somewhere else but she was amazing.
Still a favorite for ahi tuna, fries with honey mustard, blooming onion, and the grilled salmon n shrimp. Best wings too. Omg and the breadddddddddd. Ask for chocolate and cinnamon butter for the bread as a special treat! Seriously you won’t be sorry
We were hopeful since we got seated quickly. Food was tasty but we waited a WHILE for things. 15 minutes for drinks and our app came out after our entree and salad. We weren't asked if we would like another drink and the check took quite a while also. Bummer.
Hubby and I ate at Outback Steakhouse today. Amber was our server. She was awesome. She brought the bread out and my husband has allergies. She went back and tore off the ingredients off the box and brought it to us to insure us it was ok. Hubby ordered pork medallions. He said they were very good. I ordered the Outback burger. It was very juicy and good! We enjoyed our meal and service was great!
I ordered the Toowoomba Salmon...I did NOT like it at all. My husband ordered the Perfectly Grilled Salmon and I tried his, just to see if it was the creole sauce that was on top of mine...Nope, it was whatever the seasonings they used...Well, our waiter, Mark/Marc, saw that I barely touched my plate and asked if everything was okay. I told him that I did not care for it. He asked if there was something else he could get me. I politely declined. Moments later, the manager came up. She apologized and asked again if I was sure about not wanting anything else. I told her it was fine and she said she was taking it off our bill. We told her it was not necessary.I may have not liked what I ordered, but I'd definitely go back because of the service!This was Saturday, February 5th, 2022
