If I could give less I would! We had to wait to be seated then our table was dirty, the floor had plates on it with food everywhere. The waitress got our order all wrong. Put a $30 meal on the ticket we didn't order. They for got my girlfriend's son's food all together so we all got our food except him and we had to wait for them to make his. They never even offered to take his off the check because of it or anything. Took our little girls cup for a refill and we had to track down the waitress 20min later and ask for it before it came back. Took the waitress 30min to take our order then another hour before we got our food. Which as I said came out wrong. All around just a horrible experience. I would recommend never visiting this establishment.

Sat on the patio and it took FOREVER for us to even get a server to take our drinks. The salsa was overly spicy but had no actual real flavor to it and the chips tasted like they were fried in 2 day old grease (I used to work here a long time ago- trust me, I know). It took over an hour to finally get our food and then once we hit the 2 hour mark of us being there we had enough. Insanely slow service for mediocre food, at best. Our waitress was very sweet bit was brand new and was extremely overworked so it wasn't her fault. Honestly not worth the wait or the money for food that isn't even that great!! This place has really gone down hill since I last visited!!!•3/10•Do not recommend

Im writing this while sitting here in the restaurant. While I usually write reviews after I leave, I seem to have plenty of time to write at this moment.Pre-covid, I frequented On the Border approx. 4 time a month. This is my first visit in nearly 2 years and Im very disappointed in the delay of service and food quality.I hope all the OTB's have not sank to this ones lack of service.

EXPENSIVE!!. $15.00 for my lunch. + tip. = $18.00 for one lunch. 1 burrito , 1 side of rice , 1 sweet tea. SLOW!! I'll give the taste 2.5 out of 5 stars. It was nothing to write home about. I'll give the waitress a 5 out of 5 stars though.

it was delicious. we had a nice time

Husband and I were completely unhappy about the dining experience. Was seated at 115. New waitress kept forgetting us. Chips were so salty we couldn't eat many. Food finally was served at 215. So salty we couldn't eat it. Had to hunt down the waitress to get bill. Told her to cash it out now. Fanally left at 245. So slow and was awful. Will never eat there again. Can't even give one star?

The food is always good. The lack of staff makes it a bit of a depressing dining experience. The max capacity seems to be 1/2 the full availability as there are always empty tables that never get used. I'm still full from the huge burrito I ate!

Walked into the restaurant at 4:30 this evening. We asked for a table as booths are uncomfortable for both myself and my wife. After the hostess asked 2 waitresses and I assume a shift manager, we were told they "just couldn't put us at an open table because no waitress wanted to walk the extra distance to a new section. They then tried to put us at the bar so we walked out. Customer service is how your keep and expand your business. You need to practice some of it. ZERO stars for this place, and the waiter at Chili's wanted to thank you for his fantastic tip we gave once we finished eating there.

Looked nice but we won't ever know. Many employees stood looking in a panic at the crowd at the door. Probably only 4 or 5 tables. Clearly flustered by actual customers. We walked next door to Outback and got seated immediately with a smile. Same amount of patrons.

Very tasty food. And very nice place.
