We also had a Newks Club, but it was so good it didn’t make it in the picture. I’ve been here a few times, and every time I’m surprised at how good it is. This is becoming my favorite restaurant. Between the service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, and the best Coke, I love it!Definitely recommend!

I usually love Newk's But this time my boyfriend's pizza did not come out right. But they did replace it. They're very friendly and the food always tastes great.
Having been a customer for 3 plus years was told have to order and pay for a side with Sandwich so decided a $13.50 sandwich plus side was not for me. Overall customer service person was very curt called back and spoke to Manager was a little nicer but I choose to spend my money elsewhere.
Kate, the manager helped me and when I got home the soup I ordered was wrong. It was lobster instead of tomato basil. I can't stomach the lobster soup or I would have ate it, but I called and told them it was wrong. She literally had the catering guy bring me the correct bowl of soup to MY FRONT DOOR, along with a slice of chocolate cake. Wow! This is THE best service I've experienced for a mistake in a order. Thank you Kate at the hot spring newks and the driver for bringing it! So awesome. We need more Kate's in this world!
Friendly service and delicious food. Minus one star due to the entire floor being very soapy (Sunday evening). I had to walk as if on ice to go wash my hands in the restroom and still almost wiped out. Inexcusable to expose guests to this type of hazard.
My co-worker and I were both a little under the weather and were craving soup. I had never tried Newk's but heard good things so I thought we'd give it a go. OMD (oh my deliciousness) I am so glad that I did. We both ordered a soup and sandwich pair and had it delivered by Uber Eats. First... everything was carefully packed in the bag to prevent any spillage. Most impressively that outer bag was heat sealed!! That was the most awesome thing ever. Now we get to the food.... Crab and Lobster bisque: where have you been hiding all my life? This stuff was amazing! I was afraid that it would be chunky and taste fishy but it was neither of those. It was smooth, creamy, seasoned perfectly and only a small hint of a seafood taste. It was fantastic! Sandwiches: I got a half double club sandwich. My only regret is that I didn't get a whole sandwich. It was not skimpy on the meats or fixings at all. The bun was toasted and the honey mustard sauce was a tasty surprise. I wanted to lick the container. LOL My coworker got the chicken salad and wow was there a lot packed into that roll. I didn't taste it but judging by her reaction, it must have been heaven on a bun. We will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you Uber Eats for the delivery!
Love, love Newks. Their soup is my go to year round but their salad is delicious as well.
This use to be one of my favorite places to eat. Here recently I guess they are under new management but the manager Michael was very rude not only did he make me feel like I was in the wrong when my order wasn't right but then screamed at his employees and talked so down to them right in front of a lobby full of customers including myself. How embarrassing and awful I felt for them. On top of when I got my order back it was still wrong and I was told that there is nothing he can do about it this is the second time I've made a complaint about my food maybe I should just eat somewhere else . Well Michael that is not a problem I will definitely be taking my business and catering events somewhere else
