This is completely out of my character and I have NEVER done this but tonight’s experience as far as customer service goes was completely unacceptable… So this being the 2nd time I dealt w the fella who takes ur money doesn’t feel the need to say a word to u when u say “thanks” or “have a good/night “ but me and my wife literally waited 10 minutes on 2 Big Macs and 2 smoothies and the girl who was making the smoothie and passing the food out didn’t feel the need to say ONE SINGLE WORD for the wait… Not an explanation of why or what was going on… Then my wife and just trying to see if she would say something said “thank you” although she didn’t deserve it still didn’t feel the need to even say good bye… so once again I have never done this but the something MUST be done about customer service at this establishment… this particular McDonald’s has most definitely lost 2 customers and I will make sure none of my friends nor family will go there either…
Takes WAY TOO LONG and the last several times we've stopped at this one, our orders haven't been correct and the teenagers are the rudest.
They could stop being rude to their customers! I absolutely HATE! When my husband stops at certain McDonald's especially the one on central Ave, across from oreillys they will basically throw the food at you give you a bad look and shut the window without saying a word. Asked for ice cream once they said "machine was down" went back later and they said it was never down. Nothing but crappy disrespectful employees!
Ordered a shamrock shake, was told it was broken, then the guy who told me yelled back for two shamrock shakes for drive thru ??? typical McDonald's. If I hadn't just drove intoTown and was starving I would have said something.
It's McDonald's.. 8 think people would stroke out if something suddenly changed.. had a chocolate shake, it was yummy
Very very slow I'm getting your orders and most the time is messed up and you got to wait an extra two or three minutes they say but in actuality it's 15 minutes I really don't like this place
I ordered my burgers without pickles. I pull up to pay and asked to have my order repeated..."Way Wrong" before it's even paid for. I bring it to their attention, the correction is made. I pay for my order. I get up the street and GUESS WHAT???? A "PICKLE"... Let it be known, it's not that loose there usually. The ice cream cones are AWESOME!!! (Depending on who's making them) This rating would be a 1 star were it not for the ice cream cones...How can $15/hr be justified when the smallest task is beyond one's reach? One thing is certain...I didn't arrive there with that pickle...smh
Food was okay, the people making the orders need to learn not too rush people though. I have never heard my sister be rude in a defensive manner before to a restaurant before now. It was really embarrassing as she was trying to make a order for me as I have certain food diets that I need to follow. Maybe yall could consider making a gluten free bread option and teach people their to have more patience.
They were extremely slow. One line was moving a lot faster than the other. Customer service was terrible.
