I've gone here for breakfast mostly, and gotten my food hot, fast, and fresh. Can't say I've had great experiences during lunch/dinner times.
The ice cream machine actually worked but they were out of the mint for the shamrock MC flurry and everytime I asked for a burger no cheese..they put cheese.. but the fries are always hot..
The guy in the kitchen, I think his name was Chris. Was polite, timely, and the food was prepared to perfection. Will be coming back due to this.
The entire staff, from Manager to Employee need a refresher course on the intricacies of customer service. I'm a firm believer that if you're not happy working at an establishment, it's time to move on. It's shameful and unfathomable to watch it trickle from the top.
I was yelled curse words at by a manger. she told me ",f you" because I got charged for extra things and when I asked for them to give me what I got charged with she kept my receipt and refused to give me what I was charged for. the food was very cold and tasted like crap! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this McDonald's. this isn't the first time I've been over charged and not got what I paid for. if something is supposed to charge you more, it should automatically add that charge to your order not them charge you extra! very non professional!

Awesome off my favorite McDonald's for Hot Springs City good location right off of Albert Pike and Cooper Street across the street from a yes that's right that coffee place you know who they are they real sister if it turns out I don't got a gas station right there and then yellow snow Star Trek across the street Lake Point Ministries and then there's the Napa Auto center car fixed what have you and then you can go to the smorgasbord which is next to the Christian the muffler shop anyway fairly decent stuff Peppers works there he's good people also works at Kroger right over there too so much bad say about the place so managed by Michelle and David Bowie's name is I don't know the last name good people almost family and their two kids
Sat in the drive thru today for around 30 minutes just to receive cold food and a attitude at the drive thru guess the motto at this store is no fuks given.....
This McDonalds is always busy....they have hired some older emoyees & it seems to flow better....Had a qtr pounder no mustard & it was HOT....
