I'm torn. When it comes to breakfast or day shift, they're on top of it. The store manager runs a tight ship. However, when it comes to the night shift, this is hands down the worst McDonald's in Hot Springs, AR. They've told me that they were closed when they weren't. I've sat waiting for my food for over half an hour before. Many times they've messed up my order or had missing items. Worst of all, in complete honesty they've sold me not just cold but actually still frozen french fries. No exaggeration. So, for breakfast or lunch it's a go, but for dinner or late night this McDonald's is the very last resort.
The McDonald's on grand is the best McDonald's in Hotsprings Ar I stop in every time I'm in the area it's always clean great environment the staff is amazing and thoughtful and always go out of there way to serve you ,and the food is well put together and is made just how you won't it I would recommend anyone stop by and eat here it's a great place and it's the staff that makes it what it is without some of the members that work there like that boy Jeremy Hartzog I think is what he said his name is ,well that boy should be a manager there because he deserves it he is the greatest McDonald's employee I have ever seen and I know he make that place what it is I hope they see that.. great place
Fast friendly and bad hygiene I witnessed a employee in the men's bathroom using the urinal, ( he definitely shook it more then twice & where I come from that's playing with it) which isn't a problem the issue is when he says hey how are you then walks out without putting some soapy water on his hands that he just used to hold everything while going number 1! Not cool ugh gross #weinerhands
We only got fries. The fries were fresh but service was slow.
I have been to this location twice in two days. Yesterday, I had no problems. Today I witnessed the cashier arguing with three young men about what they said when they placed their order. When it was my turn to order I told her I didn't like the way she treated them and I would take my business elsewhere. Went to Sonic instead.
good location, speedy service and considering the location.....my orders where always complete with no problems.
There are a few people who won't even talk to you. Almost racial feeling. Like just throw you your food.Crazy how people allow this in their workplace.
Went on 27 Dec 2021. Place were populated with junky and the employee didn't seem to be very clean neither. Leaving the counter and dropping the order with no raison no apologies not a word. I felt unsecured. Not recommended
