Had the flagship sandwich- the ham wasn’t great quality and they use that sweet mayo which I don’t like. Wheat bread was not toasted. Potato salad was Kraft premade stuff. Coffee came in styrofoam cup but it was at least strong. The staff was nice
A good chain in a dystopic location. The staff is subjected to a less-than-ideal placement for an otherwise popular restaurant. Because of this, it always feel like an episode of the twilight-zone when I go in.
Food was awesome but the establishment was dirty the gentleman at the front counter was amazing
Best Harvest chicken salad sandwich I've had in a long time. Generous with the filling and served in a very fresh cressant. I'm already craving another.

The atmosphere was serene and comforting! The sandwiches we ordered were the best we've had in a long time! I recommend the Roast Beef French Dip and the Garden Fresh Turkey! Decent food, but kitchen staff was not wearing masks. Manager on duty had a mask under his nose. No way! If you don’t care about my health, I won’t eat at your restaurant.
Busy morning, and they were clearly short-staffed. But, they were courteous, friendly, and dealt with the situation like champs. My food was accurate, and delicious. Great job, team.

I love McAlister's and this location in particular has such a great layout with a solid mix of seating arrangements, including high top tables. The cashier asked off we wanted pickle, which is nice because often they are just given. My husband showed enthusiasm so he was given complimentary extra pickles. The food was on point and as always the tea was magnificent.
