Loved it!Such sweet owners and loved chatting with them about my order options.You can tell they take pride in their food.The Catfish dinner was awesome.The fish was fresh with a light cornmeal coating. Great homemade tarter sauce, fresh hot French fries, and mixed greens (collards/turnips had a sweet taste that I’m sure is a yummy family recipe!) Soft hot dinner roll too.My sister got a side of Mac n cheese and it was delicious and you could tell freshly made.Called ahead and got it to go and it was piping hot.Can’t wait for next visit to try the Meatloaf!So glad to have found Mama Vee’s!
I had a black bean veggie burger and fries and it made my heart happy. There was so much flavor in the sandwich. The fries were equally delicious. I will definitely return and bring friends!?
The woman who took my order, and the man cooking were both very friendly and courteous. And the food itself was very flavorful and delicious! If I'm ever in the area again, I definitely want to come back to try some more items on their menu.
My burger junkie 50something year old boyfriend says, unequivocally, best burger ever! Black-eyed peas and chicken and dumplings were excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough! Seasoned fries to die for!
Delicious food! We got the chicken tenders, rib plate, and the vee’s burger. We stopped by for lunch before heading back to Texas. Great choice for some outdoor eating and hanging out. Thank you Mama Vee’s!!!!
Probably the best food-truck meal I’ve ever had! 10/10 absolutely delicious. If you’re thinking about trying this place, DO IT.

My wife and I headed over for dinner. The music was a bit loud for our taste (we're getting old) which made ordering and communicating a bit of a pain. Once we got the food (I got their special burger, she got the catfish), it was just kind of ok for us. Both meals felt pretty standard. Definitely a fun area and a cool vibe going on at Mama Vee's though.
I just love this spot..! Amazing down home southern cookin & the ppl who work here... WONDERFUL ? oh, on a side note, BEST mixed greens & cornbread since my grandma's ?
The fried pork chop and red beans and rice were outstanding! They were very attentive and really took care of us! I highly recommend this food truck.
