My son wanted to eat pizza and I found this restaurant which was close by our hotel. I like the location. There are shops around there. I had read so many good reviews and maybe set my expectations too high. Went on a Wednesday night, only 1 table when we arrived so not busy. Food took a while. It didn't come as hot as I expected. They forgot my salad and bread for my eggplant parmesan so I had to request it. The pizza was alright. What we ended up enjoying was the bread since they actually brought it hot. More people kept coming and seems servers were struggling a bit. So not as great service. Really seemed like the place only had 1 cook and 2 young waitresses. That is why I give it a 3 star. Price is not bad for the food you get. But wish it would have been hot.
Wanted something local and found this cute little place. Although our timing was good because it got crowded very quickly, but the wait for food was very long due to short staff, and we decided to take out instead to avoid so much crowd. My eggplant Parmesan was really good with the side pasta. I usually don’t finish but this was really good and light and right portion.
The food was surprisingly good, they did a great job on baking stuff, Like their bread and pizza. It's crispy on the outside, just crispy not hard, very soft on the inside. Love their house salad dressing and the pasta was in a huge portion. Overall their food is not too heavy on the flavor, it is just right.
We went road trip from Dallas to hot springs, this was the last meal we had before we heading back. And it was a very good choice, the foods are so delicious and the ladies who served us were very nice. We will definitely go back if we can !!
The mozzarella sticks and garlic bread was delicious. Though we were only given 3 rolls for 4 people. We did Not get the ranch we requested 2 times for the cheesesticks. Three of us received our meals and were told my son's shrimp alfredo would be out soon.. 25 minutes later he got a dish with undercooked shrimp. From the moment we sat down the service was just awful. We had to ask several times for extra napkins and refills. We told our waitress the shrimp in my son's dish wasn't cooked and she rushed off and did not come back until my husband finally got her attention and told her we needed our ticket. 3 meals ( we had son's meal that was Not edible removed from our check), mozzarella sticks, 2 teas and 2 dr peppers were 87$$ The waitress asked what dressing we wanted on our salads. We assumed, incorrectly, that like at most mid range restaurants they were included in the entree price. Nope. They were an additional 3.49$ which would have been fine had we not been led to believe otherwise. I love Italian, and because my son lives in Hot Springs, wanted to love this restaurant. Sadly, it was among the poorest service we have ever received; and we eat out a lot. I won't be back.
This place was pretty good and the blonde waitress was working hard and was very nice and friendly. We had a group of 12 and it was pretty full inside, so we appreciated the effort. The pizza was good, but the crust was softer than we expected. We ordered the three pasta meal and the pepperoni roll. They were tasty and we finished them all. The salads are okay, although it took a while for them to come out. The wine is not very good, so a word of caution here. Overall the restaurant was nice and clean, the food was good and the staff was friendly.
I ordered the supreme stuffed pizza to go on January 21st.. It was so greasy, the box leaked all over my seats and my clothes as I was taking it inside. Pizza had very little flavor and no sauce on it or on the side. Pizza was uncut. The server who took my order was very friendly and polite. 5 stars for staff. 1 star for food.
Super friendly establishment. Super clean. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Service is top notch…. Friendly…. Knowledgeable….great plate presentations. Great small family owned establishment that truly focuses on overall guest satisfaction. You will not be disappointed.
Yum! The sampler $10 lunch special is delicious ? Server is nice and the space feels comfortable. Grazie!
This place is awesome waitress are awesome if you are in town visiting must come and try their wonderful food.
