The staff is great but 1 star for the corporation way under staffing the store and putting in unreachable time frames. Was told 10 mins for my pizza and 30 mins later it is finally ready, but that is not the staffs fault. They were clearly doing their best.
I don't have anything negative to say about my experience there tonight, the guys that were working tonight were really nice and helpful. My complaint is the credit card machine and how it will not let you leave a tip on it for them. If you want to leave a tip you have to have cash, they had an order for 20 pizza's you know they didnt pay with cash so go figure that. God bless the minimum wage workers!
I wish I could give zero stars! Pizza tastes like 14 week old rotten fish wrapped in dirty socks. Oh ya customer service well there isnt any
So this spring they managed to mess up my phoned in order, was supposed to be able to get a free replacement when I chose, never got it. This location never has anything ready when they open and are always asking people to wait. To top it all off though, I called in an order for my employees since we had horses racing the other day. When making my order I was told it would be 30 minutes till it was ready. I had ordered a thin crust pepperoni, a thin crust 3 meat, and an Italian cheese bread, it shouldn't have taken no 30 minutes when they even said they weren't busy. Anyway, I went to pick up my order just to be told that it would be 30 minutes! What kind of place doesn't even follow through with their own slogan (yes I know a phoned in order is not part of the 'hot and ready') but still 2 pizzas and a cheese bread does not take an hour to make! Then I'm told that it's going to be nearly $25 for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread (inflation does not account for that much of a price jump). I do not recommend based on too many bad encounters granted most of the issues are because of employees and not the food chain but really have some courtesy and open on time with food ready.
Very hit or miss. When you do get a good pizza often from there... it feels insulting when u are given a pizza outta the box... that is like hard cardboard. The only way to go is... make sure ur standing there when ur order is done. so they won't put ur order in that wretched heat box that sucks the life outta ur pizza.
I went in there to order and the woman that was working the front was taking someone else order and she told me she would be back it took her about 20 mins And then come back asked what we needed I asked her how much the cheese bread was and she was rude the service on central avenue in Hot Springs sucks.
Terrible service, and rude employees.

Not Hot or ready. I believe that the guy at the register I believe that his name is Toby I observed him scratching and playing with his hair and immediately started adding toppings on a pizza without washing his hands. "Toby" should also speak so customers can understand him. He basically mumbles and after waiting 20 minutes for a "Hot and Ready I will not return to this establishment.
