It is ridiculous that you have to walk through cigarette smoke from the employees taking their smoke breaks to even get into this store. There has to be a better place for smoke breaks than right by the entrance doors. It’s disgusting and I don’t want to smell like a bar just to go get groceries. I had to walk through it today to go to the pharmacy because the drive through has been closed and still smelled the smoke on my clothes. Save your lungs and clothes and shop somewhere else!
This Kroger is definitely the best of all the ones in Hot Springs, however they are often out of stuff and sometimes very unorganized. It is pretty clean just about everytime I go and not too overcrowded
Very nice store, everything was clean and organized. I especially appreciate the fact that masks are not required in the store and totally optional; thank you for not harassing your customers because of this. I'll be sure and come back when I need more things when I visit hot springs again next year.

I normally won’t leave one star reviews because as a business owner it hurts your business but my prescriptions were called in at the Kroger Pharmacy on Wednesday. I usually have them called in a few days before so I have time to pick them up. I go in today 4 days later and they tell me they are not ready. That they are running about two weeks behind due to short staffed. I understand that many people are short staffed. My own business is. But we’re talking about a pharmacy for prescriptions that were called in four days ago and you have not filled them and use the excuse two weeks behind. I am sorry but that is unacceptable.
This is largest and most well stock Kroger, I have ever been to. Was in Hot Springs for a trip and needed a few things, and was actually headed to Walmart, and saw this location on the way there. It had every thing I needed and more. Reason for the 5 star was it saved me from going to Walmart.

This is the town's nicest Kroger and it's rather big. It stocks a little more of everything and I love the clearance. It's clean and always easy to get a cart. It also uses the app and you can check out faster. The app works extremely well at the self-checkout where you can pay though the phone securely and never need to touch a card or germy cash. That app makes the checkout very fast. Also, coupons can be clipped from the app making things super easy.
They have fresh sushi! ? that's pretty fun, a nice variety. I think the store is organized bizarrely but sushi so.
