Had to switch stores, this one has multiple empty shelves. I can get what I need at Harp's even though it's higher, at least it's there to buy
Rudeness. At 12:08 I was standing at money services when an employee informed me it was closed..while she apologized she kept going to the point that was unnecessary. I gave her a thumbs up to acknowledge that I understood it was closed and she sarcastically stated "well if you know someone who needs a job". Well I can't help you hire anyone but you have employees there and maybe it might be smart to cross train one to do money orders. I made a purchase today because I thought it would be a convenient in and out. However I won't come back to Kroger. I guess I will go to Walmart. Seems they have plenty of employees.
Waited at the service desk for 17 min before asking if anyone was working up here just to b told I would have to continue to wait by a rather rude woman who is standing with her hands in her pockets watching self check out. I understand business being short handed but really...? This is very unprofessional..
This stores Manager is horrible and needs to be removed. She is rude as hell to the customers. There is 1 lane open to check out groceries at all times. Please fire this manager and get someone who knows how to run a grocery store. We wont return.

I was in store 12/9/2020. A very helpful employee named VALERIE assisted me in the self check out lane. I lost my receipt to do a store survey and report how nice she is so I'm doing it here. Everybody that works here seems nice. I'm in here often as it's close to home and near to other shopping. The selection is small than the two other Krogers but I still find good deals here each time I go. If one Kroger is sold out, this place may have it. Since this Kroger is on the same road as the one other, it works very well for me to shop both. Also, the lines here are super short. Kroger has cashiers and self-service to get you in and out fast.
Bought coffee online. Got home from pickup they gave me wrong coffee. Made a trip back to Kroger to return I was told they didn’t have the kind I ordered but could not to a credit. The associate took my coffee and didn’t give me any credit for it. A girl came up said she would call for the credit but it would take days. Is this any way to run a business. Don’t order online from Kroger. When it’s their mistake you won’t get credit. Rude folks
