We went there for dinner this evening when the lady at the drive through double check our order to make sure it was correct..come to find out when we arrived home 30 mins later we were missing our extra order of mashed potatoes and no butter or honey for our biscuits. However it isn’t the fact that they messed up it happens I worked fast food what the problem is is not answering your phone after multiple attempts to reach you and knowing your not busy. The customer service level is terrible and I will not be returning and I encourage others do not as well.
Went there for dinner and they were not busy at all, no cars except one other vehicle. The lady at the drive thru continually rushed us while I was trying to place the order, then they made us go park because it was gonna take a while. We get home to eat our dinner and the biscuits were not cooked all the way, they literally were still doughy on the inside, our drinks were nasty and I asked for Mac n cheese on my daughter’s kid meal and got mashed potatoes instead. Normally I don’t bash a restaurant because I understand that they are short staffed right now but when this woman is continually rushing me to place my order and then it’s messed up then that’s a problem. I definitely will never go back to the one on central
This is the third or 4th time that I have ordered the chicken strip dinner and the tenders are small and the chicken was so dry and hard . The french fries were cold every time and tonight they were put in the box upside down so the fries were all on the bottom of the box . It wasn’t busy enough for this type of thing to happen . It seems like the after 9pm the quality of your meal goes down . I was generous giving three stars .
Original what? What happened to the original recipe? Oh. PepsiCo happened. Worse than gas station chicken. ???
I love the KFC famous bowl and have for years. This place makes it perfect every time. The soda usually tastes a little funky but drinkable. The corn is never overdone and the chicken is nice and crispy.
The worst service ever ,was here on Dec 1st 2021 . drive thru was main concern, then the girl at the counter was extremely rude non caring like we were an inconvenience !!! After the attitude to find out how disappointing it is when your food tastes day old and missing sum items . Save your money go somewhere your 30 dollar food order will be edible not to mention the employee outside smoking and you know he didn't wash his hands...gross
This was my first visit in a long while. The food was delicious.
The food was great. The service sucked. I stood at the register 9 minutes while the focus was drive thru. Finally I asked very loudly if anyone was interested in front line.There are plenty of other stores that have chicken and fries.I bet ole Harlan is twirling in his grave.
Chicken was undercooked ..ordered extra crispy got regular..asked for honey got butter spread. And they wouldn't correct the order. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN and will spread the news too
It was ok. Chicken was hot but rest tasted old.
