This place is infested with cockroaches. We noticed them right by our table and didn't finish our meals. I have videos of them crawling on the walls and I showed the workers and they acted like it was nothing. When I went to check out at the front desk we showed them again and then they just said "ok." No apology. And we were still charged for our unfinished meals of course. The food was not good anyway, we will go somewhere else for lunch.
Service was exceptional. Margaritas were tasty and cold. Fajitas were just right.
Great margarita. Service was a bit awkward, to say the least. Maybe they are short on staff? Place could use a little sprucing up and attention to detail. The fajitas were food.
The food was...okay. The green (cucumber) dip was awesome but the rest was a bit too pricey for what it was. The wait staff was also awesome.I had a chimichanga and my father-in-law had a burrito. We both felt the same about our experience.
Super fun restaurant! The artwork and decor was beautiful! Restroom was very nice and clean. Delicious tacos and super quick service! Also, the staff members were kind and food was very decently priced. Great place to stop while visiting Hot Springs!
Absolute worst experience here. Our server Lilly was rude from the get food. Was very condescending the whole time. The bar tender had to come to our table (the furthest away) to refill drinks. And then we waited over 30 minutes for Togo boxes and checks. Which she got wrong multiple time. We told her in the beginning the way checks were set up. She didn’t separate them then. When she got ready to do the checks she still did them wrong and when we finally got our correct check she threw them at us.
Jose's was awesome, If you ever in Hot Springs Arkansas and you're looking for a good authentic Mexican restaurant this is the place to come I know the owner owns quite a bit of restaurants in town and in other locations and it's all good fold good food the customer service is great. It's very good quality food and the customer service is great and it is really clean. And its family friendly as well.
We always like eating at José. The tacos are okay at best,(way too much lettuce.)The Mucho Chicken Enchiladas were as advertised Mucho. My favorite go to salsa, is the green! The chips always fresh and warm. As far as the punch goes none better!

There were numerous options! A number of different burritos, quesadillas, tacos, salads, burgers, other entrees, and a decent number of desserts! They didn't have horchata which was a surprise, but i was offered a sweet strawberry drink that I really enjoyed. I appreciate the complimentary chips and salsa while I waited for the food which came at a decent speed. I got the De Todo Burrito with steak inside. Olives came with the dish which wasnt expected, but they didn't at all take away from the dish. The cheese sauce on over the burrito was a nice touch. I got to listen to Spanish Christmas songs while football was on TVs at the bar and in other parts of the restaurant. I wish the beef was a lil more flavorful, but I left full and satisfied.
