I originally ordered the bacon wrapped chopped steak but it was not to my liking. However the manager on duty quickly made things right and allowed me to order something else. I never hv returned food at a restaurant and was hesitant to speak up. I am so glad I did bc the steak I received in lieu of the bacon wrapped chopped steak was amazing and so was my daughter’s salmon. Great customer service and food.
We were in town for a mini family reunion and Tiffany, Bethany and Kim took great care of us. We had a large party, but they never missed a beat. Our food was amazing and prompt and all of our needs were surpassed. We will definitely be back and letting others know about this gem in Hot Springs!
We decided to try JB Chophouse tonight and I am so glad we did! The food is amazing. The complimentary bread was so delicious, so soft and the garlic pesto tasting butter was divine. I haven't had an iceberg wedge salad in years and this one brought me back. It was so good and worth it. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and was full of flavor. The salmon with the rice and zucchini were the perfect combination. Kids really enjoyed the chicken tenders and the fries were so crispy. Definitely a must try restaurant. Friendly staff, great ambience. Super clean and well kept. Definitely recommended.
Alanso made our visit to JB chophouse so special! Honestly, I've never met a better server then him. Food was really fresh and seasoned well. His recommendation of the sea bass special was PERFECT!
Our party of two adults had dinner at JB Chophouse while on vacation in Hot Springs. We rarely go out to nicer dinners since the onset of COVID and decided to splurge while on vacation. We didn't make a reservation, but thought we'd be okay on a weeknight. It was fine as we were seated immediately. Service was a little slow, but friendly. I expect they're shorthanded like most other businesses. Other than that, everything was fine. The food and beverages were good. We had one appetizer, two entrees (including a prime steak) and two cocktails. The total was $114 before tip.
We celebrated our 10 year anniversary at JB and it was great. The food was delicious and our waitress Holly made the dinner absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and lovely. We also got a free dessert for our anniversary.
This is one of the best steaks I have eaten in the last decade! And the Au Gratin potatoes were to die for!! I don't ever leave reviews, but if you are from out of town and looking for a great steak and don't know where to go...ya gotta go here :)
This was my birthday dinner and it was exceptional. I had the Southern Fried Steak and it was the best gravy and Tender steak. Fried to prefection. Also had the lump crab mushrooms and a wedge salad with s perfection blend of balsamic and blue cheese dressing. Tori our Server was fantastic and the only reason, I dont give 5 stars is because the building still has Bones on it but the marque does have JB Chophouse. As a visitor, this was a little confusing, but the food and service was great!!
Staff was over worked but very friendly and made sure we were happy with everything.I had fry green tomatoes and Oskar pork chops ?. Great anniversary dinner with my beautiful wife ❤️ of 21 years.
The food was absolutely delicious!! The service was excellent and our server was attentive and very pleasant. Definitely worth going for a wonderful meal.
