Delicious coffee and beautiful side fruit, I usually expect just a pile of cut up watermelon or strawberries but no I ordered a side of fruit with my quiche and got beautiful slices of pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, and delicious grapes!! I also got the best latte we had during our time at Hot Springs. One downside was The bacon was rather chewy but the quiche was pretty tasty and the breakfast wrap was awesome. The coconut creame pie was PHENOMENAL.
One of my favorite things to do when traveling is to sniff out the local coffee shops best for coffee snobs like me ;) and I'm happy to say I've found the one for Hot Springs!!! The friendly staff make you feel at home and the manager Charles's hospitality prove why the staff follows suit. Sometimes the vibe is perfect and the staff friendly but the coffee sub-par... I'm happy to say this place has BOTH and ALL!!!
So... I had mostly given up on this place. It used to be dirty, and chaotic but it was so near the mall, I stopped in. I must say, the new staff is AMAZING. that new cook, Cary?(spelling) knows what he's doing. Not only is the entire staff friendly, and welcoming, you can't tell they actually care what they're presenting. The cook came from the back to suggest a drink (white mocha with lavender) and I was iffy, it's delicious. The experience has done a 180. 10/10
Very good place to eat. Food is always good and they are always friendly and accommodating. The Greek Chicken salad is my fav and don’t miss the loaded potato salad. It’s the BOMB!
In my top 5 a.m. spots in Hot Springs. The Breakfast sandwich is delicious and a great value. Pair it with an Americano or an Irish Coffee and get a side of fresh fruit or a muffin. The gift selections are interesting but not really my thing. A great place to bring a book or a laptop. Highly recommended
Awesome presentation and food. It truly was fantastic. However, the manager made the associate taking orders to not take any other orders until something. However, they never said nothing to us until and we were the only people in the line. The Associate finally said, he would be with us, but they had me wait quite a bit. The manager went past us several times and never said a Word. Finally when the food came manager was more hospitable. The Associate was always wonderful and the food was exceptional.
Two years ago, passing thru town. The staff back then was fantastic, super busy, fast, efficient, talkative, funny, delightful! The coffee was spectacular, beautiful. So when we moved to Hot Springs, I looked forward to this place. But I had a hard time finding it actually open for some reason. The day came when I did find it open! it looked much the same. Except for the guys running the place. The dude at the register was dragging his loafers, over-explaining stuff to the two guys ahead of me. Ok, I figured maybe they were hard of hearing, or maybe had a learning disability & needed some hand-holding. Finally, he took my order. It took me about 10 seconds to order because I wanted a simple 2-shot latte. And I stood aside & waited. He continued to take 10 more orders. I waited 10, 20, 30 minutes. Food & Bevs were served to everyone else. So I stood as 3 workers totally ignored me until I stopped one & asked for a refund. Oh, what did you order? Oh, I can fix that. He did it in a flash. I couldn't just walk out-- the jerk had taken my money but tossed my order In The Trash. That is what has happened to Java Primo. It's awful.
I ordered the panini and husband ordered waffle, both were quite good. I have dairy allergy and I told the owner when ordering. A young lady in the kitchen came out to clarify that the salad I ordered have dairy and recommended an alternative side. I really appreciate her great service, and definitely will recommend this place.
Nice place, good coffee. They have neat things to browse through while waiting.
Friendly people and good service. The food was delicious. It was a little slow to get our food but it is cooked as ordered instead of precooked sitting under a warmer. Shrinp and grits and the waffles all looked amazing. A friend had the blood mary and she liked it. I had the chipotle chicken wrap.
