Always very busy. Our server was excellent but her fellow staff members were lazy and would not help her at all. The kids working the front desk are idiots and too lazy to help this poor women. You can see the generational divide here.
Waited an hour to ever be served, my wife asked for no avocado due to being allergic and they put it on her meal anyway, my brother didnt get anything he ordered and was charged for stuff we never ordered. Worst experience ever, never would go back
Mine was takeout so I'm not sure of the service but the omelette with mozzarella,spinach and mushrooms was very good, hash browns were great also
Probably the best dining experience I have ever had at IHOP or any other restaurant. Even fine dining restaurants. The server Vontariu was very polite and on top of things. And the kitchen got our food out very quickly, despite being extremely packed with maybe a booth or 2 empty in the whole restaurant. Food was just right, and bacon was so good! I was VERY impressed and definitely recommend this specific IHOP. Thank you!
Best ihop experience! The young blonde lady with braces that served us made our experience great. We came on Xmas and although there was a 30 min wait, it did not take that long. Service was great with our waitress and she was cracking up with us joking with us and being her genuine self while providing great service. She should def be employee of the month! She def made our Xmas fun. Spicy poblano omelet was not as spicy as expected but still tasty, spinach and mushroom omelet was great. Banana strawberry pancakes were warm and freshly made!
Food sat in warming window for 20 minutes. Was barely warm when we got it. Drinks were never refilled. ONLY REASON it's not getting ⭐ is the hostess was very nice.

We met new friends at IHOP to enjoy food and fellowship. Despite being short staffed, we were greeted warmly and accommodated with a quiet booth. Our order was taken and delivered promptly. Our coffee cups were never empty. I appreciate the stamina of those working 12 hr shifts to keep their doors open. It's always right to be patient and kind but especially during this holiday season for our restaurant workers working short staffed and long hours. BE KIND!!!
