Worth the long wait. The first day we were not able to get on the waitlist. We went back the next day and it was worth it! The best food in town. Delicious pizza. The crust was absolutely delightful. It was perfect! The cheese sticks were so yummy we had them all! The service was great. My favorite part was meeting the star (kitty) guest who was super cute and friendly! She seemed enjoy the dogs who visit.

Big families beware!$148 for 8(6 kids ages 5 to 17)….here’s the breakdown.Food was good. Where they had us wait on the patio was dirty and littered with trash. Only two small single use bathrooms on different levels-there were lines and continuous door rattling while taking our younger kids to the restroom. Also, this was the first time my wife and I and our six children (total of 8 in our party)were given the mandatory 20% gratuity on our bill, also they factored gratuity on the post tax amount and then rounded up at the end. When I asked the server why a large family is charged this, he said it was our right as a restaurant to automatically charge 20% to 5 or more. We tip, don’t get me wrong, but we also clean up our waste and stack plates because we know we are a big family. But I don’t think I would have gone 20% tonight based on the wait, cleanliness, and the fact that our drinks came after the appetizer was served. Here is the breakdown if any large family is interested. We won’t be back.Menu states all prices include tax already and parties of 6 or more will be charged an instant 20% gratuity$17 Appetizer$18 Large Cheese Pizza$28 Specialty Pizza$28 Specialty Pizza$32 Soda for 8Food Total= $1239.5% restaurant tax in Hot SpringsFood Pretax would be: $112.33x20% pre-tax ($22.47 tip) - how tips should be calculated, on food onlyX20% post tax($25 tip) - how tip was calculated, on food and taxTotal with 20% tip for a family of 8: $147.60Final kicker…they rounded up to final charge of $148.

The AC was out but we didn’t care, best pizza around! We did a half/half large and we were both happy. Waitress did a great job keeping our cups filled and was very friendly. The kitchen staff sang some while they worked and we enjoyed that. I was very happy to hear the manager (I think it was the manager) asks his staff if they needed something to drink as it was very busy and very hot. I like when business care about their people.

Pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had unfortunately the service was some of the worst. The brunette hostess was not friendly or eager to accommodate our seating preference and we had to get someone else to help. She hurriedly sat us at a table rattled off something we didn’t understand and pointed to a QR code and then walked off. She frowned the entire time of our visit so was obviously not happy to be working. Our waitress was friendly as well as the bartender however it appeared they were short staffed through probably no fault of their own.

Felt pizza was a little pricey. Hot wings were good, nice and crispy. Wasn’t really impressed with the restaurant considering how cool it looked outside.

Pizza was good, service was average. Our server said they were short staffed and we weren’t in a hurry so that didn’t bother us. Very friendly server. Price was kinda expensive.

This is our first time eating at the Grateful Head in Hot Springs. We ate at the one in Hochatown several times. The Hot Springs branch did not disappoint. Great pizza. Great service.

Beautiful location, super friendly staff, delicious food, “grate” music! We had the Dire Wolf pizza (“I sat down to my supper” ? “don’t murder me”) and it was excellent! So glad we found this little treasure while visiting Hot Springs. We recommend to anyone and will for sure be back!

Host and server were helpful and friendly, the setting is just gorgeous- a shady rock garden grotto carved into the side of the hill. Our food arrived quickly (The Dire Wolf pizza-yum) and it was so stinking DELISH. Our salads had the house-made ranch and they were small but excellent. I never eat pizza crust but you better believe I ate this one! We will be back fasho! (I should mention we stumbled upon this little treasure after sitting at the Superior Bath House and being ignored for 25 minutes- thank God for their crap service or we wouldn’t have found Grateful Head!)

Our party of two adults recently enjoyed lunch at Grateful Head. It was super busy, even on a weekday, but we enjoyed a beer in their beer garden/waiting area while waiting for a table to become available. They feature some local beers as well as national brands. The pizza was spot on as well. Service was friendly and reasonably quick. On that particular day, the bartender was also having to wait tables due to the labor shortage. So, be understanding. Yes, there are empty tables here and at other restaurants, but they don't have enough servers to work them all.
