Excellent food! Excellent views at every turn! This place is a must, if you are in the region! Clean, great service! Inside or dockside seating. Full bar. Reasonably priced for the selection offered. We were very happy that we stopped in.
A 2 hour drive to get here! Food was great! Had to wait for a table for 45 min, but was well worth it! Our waiter , Jacob was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
Good food for the most part. The deep fried zucchini with ranch and marinara sauce was excellent. The coconut shrimp was excellent. The shrimp cesar salad was almost ammonia smelling. (Shrimp was on the verge of spoiling and the shrimp were not devained) That was the only bad thing. Seemed everyone was enjoying their food. Nice atmosphere and slips to park your boat right outside the door. I'd go back again and give it a second chance.
We went to Fisherman's Wharf on 7/5/22. 5 adults. 4 kids. Sat in the back in front of the back door. Service was absolutely terrible! It was 100 degrees outside. We ordered drinks and drank those very quickly. We never had our glasses refilled. I ended upsetting up and making my own. The old fashions were the worst we've ever had. We received our food before our salads and before our appetizers. We never saw our server after the first order of food. The crab cakes we got were the worst I have had. The crab on the grouper was terrible. The professionalism of the servicers were so bad. The servers kept going out the bad door fussing about the front hostess and that they had way too many tables. Slamming the door because the girls were upset. Made a very terrible time to enjoy Hot Springs.
After a long day of sightseeing in the 100 degree plus heat I called for take out. I was told my call was being sent to the bar to have my order taken. After sitting on hold for 5 minutes and 36 seconds I hung up and called again. The same person answered, told me my call would be sent to the bar to have my order taken. I Iet her know I had already been on hold for over 5 minutes waiting. She said they were running around in the bar "like crazy" & they were extremely busy but she would make sure my call was answered. In a very short time this person came back on the line to tell me her manager just told her, due to being so busy, they were doing no more take out after 6pm. It was 6:02pm. If my order had been taken when I first called I would be able to comment on the food but due to my experience I have no desire to even try the food. If I could rate the service as zero dots I would but the survey requires at least one dot.
This is a great restaurant. Great atmosphere, attentive wait staff, even when it's very busy. We chose to sit inside due to the heat, but it appears to have a very large outside seating area. We got there just before the evening rush so we didn't have to wait for a table. The main entrees were great (we had fried catfish/shrimp, stuffed shrimp, and a grilled white fish. The fried okra was excellent as well as the broccoli salad (although some in the group thought it was too sweet). Would definitely recommend if you're in the Hot Springs area.
Long wait and their outdoor allows smoking. Ordered the gator appetizer, it was overly seasoned and over cooked, so can’t really taste anything. All our food were heavily seasoned as well
When we arrived the hostess took our name and was extremely friendly. We decided to sit at a bar table since the wait for a table was over an hour. The bartenders were busy but Alex waited on us. He was super attentive and friendly as well. We got an appetizer plate with mozzarella sticks, battered and fried zucchini, and coconut shrimp bites. The plate came out in less than 5 minutes and was fresh and very hot. Everything tasted amazing. We ordered the Triggerfish with Cajun seasoning, fried okra and rice to share and it was fantastic. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town!!!
Our server was so sweet! The young hostess at the front was incredibly rude and cold, however. Wonderful views and atmosphere. We only had drinks and apps, which hit the spot after a long day out. I'd like to explore the menu more fully if we're ever back! My favorite part: feeding the geese, fish, and turtles from the dock! There is a food dispenser machine where you pay a quarter for the food. So much fun!
This restaurant provided lots of menu options. The food, drinks and service were excellent. Large outside ding area right on the water. Definitely recommend.
