This place was crazy crowded, lots of people lined up to eat here. The service was friendly, and the food was pretty good. They had oat pancakes on the menu, but ended up tasting and looking exactly the same as the regular pancakes, which another of our party ordered. We asked if they forgot the oats, but they said it was a bran powder they added... which adds no flavor or texture, apparently. Overall, we liked everything okay, but it didn't stand out as anything amazing either.
I visited hot springs for a weekend, we went out and had brunch and dinner both nights we were in town. This place was the last place we went to eat before returning back home. And it is without a doubt the best place we ate at. The service here was amazing, Pamela was our waitress. We were being helped by staff before even stepping foot inside, there was a gentleman at the door watching for new customers to walk up so he could be sure to get a table ready as quick as possible. Once we sat down Pamela checked on us every couple of minutes, was topping off drinks regularly, made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and I highly recommend it. Food was incredible, service was even better, I will absolutely be going back next time I visit hot springs.
Another great experience at The English Muffin. The staff is always so friendly and the food is consistently good. I had the Maui Waui omelette with country fries. Highly recommend.
This was a great place for an awesome country breakfast. The traditional breakfast and waffles were excellent. Great variety of English muffins. The service was excellent, a bit of a wait but definitely worth it.
This was definitely the best breakfast that I have had. The waitress had a smile the whole time and we were served quickly. The food was fantastic, my wife said it was the best omelet she's ever had and my French toast and corn beef hash was on point.
Good country food and friendly stay. Worth the money for sure. Just be careful what sports shirt you wear in, LOL
Can't say that I enjoyed this place for breakfast. Corned beef hash was like a Spam Patty with potatoes and it was very salty, the gravy was flavorless. However, the service was amazing and the locals seem to enjoy. It's just not what we expected and I was disappointed.
A great little place to get some breakfast. They have a good selection of food and offer lunch as well. The view is outstanding with a look at lake hamilton. Be sure to get here early as it fills up quick.
Excellent breakfast! The restaurant was across the street from our hotel, so glad we tried it. Such fresh eggs, cooked perfectly, sunny side up for me, an omelet for my guy. Our server, Sherry, was so attentative and lovely to chat with. Definitely a favorite with home town folks, the place was jumpin'!! If you're ever in Hot Springs, Ark., please go have a tasty meal at the English Muffin, you'll be so happy you did!
Very nice if you like not being waited on. We went today March 29. The restaurant was not busy. Plenty of wait staff and cooks. The good: we were warmly welcomed. The bad: after 20 minutes of other people being waited on all around us, we left. No one ever questioned it. Very disappointing.
