Worst place ever manager is rude and talks to you like your stupid. And they can’t ever get the food right you have to sit there and talk real slow and then had the waiter repeat the order 4-5 times before he actually understood me. Update went today had the managers serve us and then after that had no waiter and no refills.
The prices have gone up since the remodel…… I ordered 6 soft tacos on Tuesday and a large guacamole to go. When I picked up the tacos she had forgotten the guacamole, no problem. I placed that order separately and it was $16 and change. JUST FOR A LARGE GUACAMOLE! I verified 3-4 times just a large guacamole? Needless to say I cancelled that order. I can’t afford to eat here anymore.
Good food and good prices!
UPDATE: We took a party of 18 Saturday afternoon. The were attentive, and didn't mess up any orders. I definitely recommend here for large groups! Their new seafood options will knock your socks off! They have the largest and freshest oysters of anyone in town! I've been coming here for their ceviche for years and now I'll only go here for their Oysters. Their other food options are great too.
Competition for Taco Tuesday in Hot Springs is tough, but El Padrino might be my favorite contender. The drink specials are good, the staff is great, and the food in always good. Check them out on a night with live music, too.
I went on Taco Tuesday where you can buy hard or soft, beef or chicken tacos for around $1 per. Mine were delicious, the caso Blanco (? White cheese dip?) was great, the habernera sauce was the bomb and service was excellent. I've never been there before but sure be back to try other things on the menu.
Place as nice as a band stand so dancing on occasional weeknights The menu is very extensive costs aren't very high And my waitress had the prettiest smile I've ever seen

Service was horrible. There was only 3 people in our group. We had to send back one order that was chicken not beef. At the same time the other two of us asked for refills. Replacement food was brought out but still no refills. About 5 minutes after we flagged down another waiter for refills our waiter finally showed back up to see if we needed anything. The waiter that refilled our drinks asked if he could reuse our glasses for the margaritas since they were out of glasses. Drinks were refilled but no fresh salt on the rims. Food was meh at most. Only positive was cheese dip was thick.
We love going to El Padrino's for Taco Tuesday every week after our fire training.Great food and great service! Great margaritas!!!
