Idk if this place is just poorly managed or if all DDs are running this poorly. I just sat in the drive thru for 15 min only to be told that the large iced coffee I ordered was not available bc they ran out of large cups. Really!?! So now I've wasted my entire lunch break and did not even get what I wanted. This is not the first time I've waited in line for 15 min or more and they were out of several things. I won't ever be back. To top it all off.. i don't think the guy even put expresso in my latte. Im pretty sure he just put milk and caramel flavor. I can't even drink it.
Pizza was not hot & ready, we had to wait. Breadsticks were in the prep station waiting for butter & parmesan so they were cold and almost hard.Can be better if they were fresh hot & ready like the window says.
The guy that took our order was super friendly, he made our coffe perfect! The donuts were yummy and the croissants were Amazing! We went back the next day and were lucky enough to have the same manager guy make our coffee again! Its Perfect!
Didn't have donuts, ordered tea, coffee, and ice cream instead. Got every bit of the order wrong. Was allergic to sweeteners that were added to drinks without asking about substitutions. Not the worst birthday, but definitely blows. Sucks, too. Was my favorite place to go for donuts when family had a special occasion.Oh well. Guess they don't want our money anymore. ??♀️
Fairly run of the mill Dunkin’/baskin/skeezers nothing special. The drivethru kinda locks you in once you pull behind the building, so it’s fairly committal. Dunkin’ isn’t great to be honest I’m not sure why it’s so big, but that’s just me.
Sunday 8a Find Dunkin Donuts and think oh yeah coffee and donuts!!!! Went in because the line was out on the street. They said oh you will have to wait we have no help. So I wait…..Finally get to order…….A dozen donuts and 2 large coffees!!!OH SORRY WE DONT HAVE ANY COFFEE MADE!!!! ?????!!!!!! This came out of the managers mouth. Ok! It’s been bad for awhile but not like this!!!!
9:15 am Thursday. Simple order Apple fritter large HOT coffee. $5.78. Cool. Ice coffee no cream or sugar. Smushed fritter.-***** stars. It can't be that hard of a task. Or can it?
It's too bad you can't give ZERO stars.. Serve was very slow. They had THREE donuts left and the price for the ice cream wasn't posted. One clerk walked away after serving people in front of us. She started working the drive through even though the remaining two employees were working it. If that wasn't bad enough, a customer walked in and placed an order from the pick up counter while we were still being ignored where you place your order. As we were leaving, an employee acknowledged us.. Needless to say, they need new management.
Was not pleased with service, the establishment cannot handle orders on the inside and drive through, took me 45-50 minutes to get to the window to receive my mobile order. When I got the order the whole thing was wrong
Everything's good, Customer service was okay as well, really wish they served the ice cream in the morning with the rest of the stuff they sell. It's already there and ready just scoop it for me lol. Also had been there a few times and crazy puddle of water from accident. Not sure what was going on, but not usually like that and the employee that day wasn't exactly pleasant. Possibly a bad day for him in all fairness and we all have those days. So only real complaint is the hours of the ice cream.
