On Sunday afternoon I tried placing a order with them via the app. I got all the way through to where you place your order. When I tried to place the order, I was given an error message saying that it could not process at this time and to please try again. So I tried again and got the same message. My order never went through, and so I gave up, and ordered from Pizza Hut instead. I realized later that I have been charged eight times for the same amount from Domino's totaling $280.80 that are pending. I give it a few days to see if the charges are going to come off, and they have not come off of the card. So I called Domino's first thing this morning and when the phone was answered it was a simple hello. So of course I asked is this Domino's thinking maybe I've dialed the wrong number and the man answering the phone said yes this is Domino's what can I do. I told him that I needed to speak to a manager in regards to some charges that should not be on my card and he says well I can help you. He never says he's the manager he never gives me his name none of that. So I go ahead and I tell this person what's going on, and immediately he has an attitude but I'm letting it go. He says hold on one moment let me get to my office and puts me on a brief hold. When he gets back on the phone he is still very upset towards me and I'm trying to let it go because whatever right maybe he's just having a bad day still not my problem but okay. He then asked me what the total was for the charges and I tell him what the total is at this point he is now very loud with me and cussing towards me. I then tell him very calmly do not talk to me like that do not cuss at me I'm trying to figure out why you guys are charging me for something I never received. He still gets irate with me multiple times and hangs up on me. So of course I call back and at this time all I simply said was Sir I would like to have your name please. He is still yelling at me and cussing at me all while I'm just simply saying sir I would like your name. At this point I'm going to call corporate and I need his name. He finally tells me his name is Phil, the franchise owner. Now if you were a franchise owner, or a manager, or an employee of anywhere in general you do not talk to customers in this manner. Now maybe if that customer was cussing you up and down and talking to you like crazy but that wasn't the case here. I'm simply just trying to figure out why I'm being charged for something that I never received and why the charges have not come off of the card yet. I get that I need to call my bank, but I also need to make sure that you have no orders in your system before I call my bank. Because it may be something that is on your end that I need to take care of before I call my card. By the end of it he cussed me out the entire time he informed me that I was a rich person and I could never understand what it's like to work in the food service industry. That is a joke for you to assume that I'm rich and that I've never worked in the food service industry. I even told him multiple times sir I understand what it's like to work in the food industry it's hard but that doesn't mean you need to take it out on me because I've not done anything wrong to you. He hung up on me the second time, and I did not call back. I am currently waiting on corporate offices to open so I can speak to someone at corporate about this and try to figure out what's going on. If you order from Domino's just fair warning that the franchise owner Phil is not the nicest person in the world. He does not obviously know how to speak to customers. And it's not my problem that you've had a bad day. I'm having a bad day because close to $300 is going off of my card and yet I still did not cuss you up and down get loud or do anything that was unprofessional. Hopefully these charges are removed off of my card sooner rather than later. But I will say that Domino's has lost
I try to place an order on the phone but keep getting this dumb voice assistant that keeps trying to sell me stuff. I missed talking to real people it really annoyed me that the voice assistant said it had a name. I now hate ordering from Domino's because I refuse to download an app and now the phone ordering is really annoying because it takes 4 times as long as another place especially if you include the ad for a product it forces you to listen to.
First order came burnt and inedible. Called to report and Mark made it right. Second order was perfect. Thank you
I placed an order online. I arrived at the Dominos location approximately at 10:50. I checked in on the car side part and waited. Fifteen minutes go by, and I check in again. Nothing. Another customer went into the store, and I asked her to inquire if they were doing car side. She takes my name and brings my sandwich out to me. I drive away and decide to check my sandwich. It was burnt and unrecognizable as a chicken bacon ranch. I turn around and head back to the store. This time I go in, and it takes 5 minutes to get help. Mind you, the people working in the store didn’t help me. The to-go driver walking in the doors gets yelled at to help me. He does so very kindly. Remakes my sandwich. But the lady that yelled at him to help me proceeded to assist two more customers after I sat down in under one minute. Barley acknowledged me and didn’t speak to me aUpon arrival in the store. So in total, 11:40 for one chicken bacon Sandwich. The online at
They are always so amazing at this location. I once made note that I didn't have much chicken in my pasta bowl in the survey you can do online when tracker order. Every time since my pasta bowl has been full of chicken. So take the surveys they do right by you if you have a problem. Just be nice. I won't go to any other location because I love my Domino's and crew. Thank yall.
The staff is always rude and I always have issues with my order. I didn't even call on my last order because what's the use. Domino's used to be my favorite now I doubt I'll ever order again especially from this one.

Good food, the garlic breads are must!Their sauce dip [I can't remember the name but it's sauce pan?] They barely put anything in there.
Order is always right and delivered promptly! Love their brownie and pacific veggie pizza.
