The girl inside was not much help. I had to specifically ask about everything.Then. And this is the only place my husband wants pizza from but this large half supreme and half pepperoni was lame. Hardly any toppings. Nothing to sink your teeth in to. Food is too expensive to waste money on carry out anymore. I will make pizza at home.
Placed an order through the app and got a notification it was ready. When I arrived at the pick up window 20 minutes later I sat in the drive thru for 6-7 minutes before I was waited on. There were at least 3 employees working with 1 customer in the building. One employee walked by the window 3 times and looked at us but never said a word or acknowledged that we were waiting. Another employee was at the oven directly across from the window for the last half of our wait and even made eye contact and still never came to wait on us. Thankfully someone completely different came to wait on us finally. Having worked in retail I completely understand being busy and even in the middle of something but as a customer I expect to at least be acknowledged in a timely manner even if it is just to let me know that you will be with me shortly. I find my experience tonight completely unacceptable and with this not being my only unpleasant experience at this location I have to say I probably won’t be back.

You offered a service that no one else did for free. You gave us the option to give tips to the drivers. Now you are charging a delivery fee and you still want us to tip the drivers for smoother service. So if I don’t tip after being charged a delivery fee Does that mean that I won’t have great service that you promise to provide? Should I worry about my food?
We absolutely love this location! They’re all always working so hard to make sure they do a wonderful job! They are open when others are not and greet you with a smile. Good job guys!
Great service! I arrived early and was able to wait inside. My order was made incorrectly, but they gave me the mistake pizza at no cost! My family was very grateful.
I couldn't believe how awful this experience was! 1st order for 3 pizzas went fine. Delivery driver excellent. Sadly my wife dropped her pizza (!) so we reordered via the website. I received a message saying the delivery was on its way/nearing my location. Then I got an order cancelled message on their website tracking! It turned out that they (or their system) had flagged my separate order of 1 pizza as a duplicate and cancelled it. I missed the phone call but the delivery text messages continued! I called back and they told me the wait would be 1.5-2hrs due to delivery driver shortage! I agreed to collect the pizza (now approaching 10pm!). Halfway there I was called again to be told that they'd run out of gluten free dough and they suggested I order from a different store. I gave up after this having provided them with some choice words and a strong suggestion to fix their system! Not ordering from Dominos again.
Managed to get the wrong topping on my pizza even though I ordered in person.
order sat READY from 12:59 until delivered 1:47. Cried no help. Then don't take orders you can't put out.
I'm normally satisfied with ordering pizza from this location. However, I ordered one last night and they were out of the store in 7 minutes. Pizza tasted old, wasn't cut all the way through, and made me nauseous after eating. Very disappointing.
