I ordered 10 medium pizzas for my daughters birthday party. The total was a little over $67 dollars. They did not bother to tell us that we would need change from $100 to pay for it KNOWING we were making a cash payment. They made us leave to get change claiming "they did not have enough change in the drawer" but when she opened the drawer guess what? Lots of money in there. Very inconvenient and rude. Will NEVER order from them again.
I called in a order for pick up(when placeing the order the staff were RUDE) then when i got home it was not even the correct order, tryed to call could not get anyone to answer the phone! Not good at all
I ordered pizza, cheese stuffed bread, cinnamon bread twist × 2, 16pc bread bites, and a medium (mushroom, tomato, spinach with extra cheese) pizza. I was told 30-40min, I didn't look at the clock or anything, but my order got here "must have been nothing more than 20mins" and don't know who delivered, they just sat it on the porch and went to their car. I did check everything before I took it in the house and I noticed that she hadn't left, not till I picked up my order and brought it in my house. ( LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, " THIS PIZZA IS GOOD, AND MY BREADS ARE EXCELLENT; AND I COULDN'T EXPECT ANY BETTER THAN THIS RIGHT NOW. I ❤ LOVE IT !!! ) Thank you guys, Love the pizzaSandra B
Cold pizza delivered. Called and management told us driver had 4 stops before ours and they would not do a thing to help. How do you charge so much for delivery and use one driver for 5 stops? Useless management. Wont order from this store again. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Valerie at the Domino’s on Grand avenue is an angel!!! She’s polite, informative, helpful and most importantly she’s kind. Her act of kindness tonight was more than I expected.. I’m so grateful to this woman.

Pizza at this location is good if you can get them to get your order correct. They are notorious for messing up your order at this location. This store is very clean, staff is nice. One major downfall beside incorrect orders is "NO ONE IN THIS STORE WEARS GLOVES ESPECIALLY DURING COVID TIMES" I have watched employees go from the cash register handling money, straight to kneading dough with ever washing theirs hands or touch hand sanitizers, just visit the store and see for yourself.
Ordered 30+ $ in food and a 4 $ tip and couldn't get the two little pods of garlic butter also ordered without paying more money. Already paid for it. They were like 8 year olds loosing a penny. Condescending and unnecessary treatment. Lost some loyal customers over nothing. Bad Public Relations training I guess.
They lag behind the orders, however their online tracking shows order is ready. Better to call up before you go. The store is maintained in an okayish way, you see chaos when you enter.
