?Havent been here in years from not living nearby but got to have lunch and was totally ?amazed by the service the young man running the counter was providing! I am so often disappointed? with the ethics allowed to be acceptable from literally everywhere i go anymore so to find a place that is going above and beyond? todays standard of customer service is next to none. The young man was demonstrating the most impressive manners i have seen in some time. Never a ?grumble, ?huff, nor ?dismissal of having to take orders, run food, and maintain a quick pace to keep the line from backing up. Im not sure if its required for them to run your food to the table when its ready but have always had to go pick ours up from the counter before this visit. I really ❤️enjoyed that extra detail of surprise. It made me feel like i was special & ?appreciated. Plus the speed at which our order arrived at the table was super⏱️ fast. We were provided with plenty of napkins, ketchup, salt & pepper without even having to ask for it. Amazing! Food was picture? perfect & i loved the little box the fries? came in, sorry no photos, guess you'll have to go for your own visit and awesome service. I was so impresed i literally gave a few ?dollars tip directly to the man that was working so hard & expressed my gratitude & how impressed i was bc i am not easily impressed with the services i receive anywhere else.?DQ is my new BFF!
Employees think it’s appropriate to talk about customers wearing certain clothes or if they look like a man or a woman! I wonder what Dairy Queen thinks about this locations employees harassing a customer? Their mission is “to create positive memories for all who touch DQ.” FIX THIS!
Ordered the chicken strips and there was a hair on the chicken. Needless to say I didn't eat any more. Called the store numerous times. Did not get an answer instead it went to a voice mail. Really?? What restaurant has voice mail??? I know they were not that busy to not answer the phoneIt was 3:30 in the afternoon . Still have not heard back from the manager. Had to go to work. Did not have time to take it back.
I only gave one star if there was an option to give none I would’ve. The lady at the counter was so slow and did not understand one word I said she gave me the complete wrong order she let it get cold. Believe me I will never go there again. Terrible. Terrible food and service. The poor guy working with her carried the entire load.
They don’t even have chocolate ice cream anymore and was rude and didn’t even flip our blizzards
I had a great experience when I visited. The employees were very nice and personable. Atypical for a fast-food visit usually. I’d come back just because of the customer service.
These people are always quick to get my order and serve my food. It's a good place for a simple experience.
Just spent $40 on dinner there for my family. Got all the way home and was missing 2 of the 5 burgers. Drove all the way back, and got a "oh yeah, your burgers... right? We kept them in the warmer." No offer to remake the 40 min old burgers that are now an hour old upon getting home, and they're soggy and gross I don't even want to eat now.
Quadre was our server and he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Very friendly and just incredible service. God bless the workers there. All were very friendly
Always great, fresh cooked hot food everytime I come and don't skimp on the extras especially in the blizzards which is A1 in my book cuz I'm all about the B that thin mints blizzard was out of this dimension and I don't/ never have liked mint chocolate except Andy's mints from olive garden and here. The toffee chocolate brownie something is what I've turned to since thin mints gone. Come back soon! It's a nice wintery wonderland of flavor for my face to have a smile!
