Great place! They let me bring in my fur baby. It was 100 degrees outside!

The food was very good as always.

Fried shrimp plate 10/10Grilled rainbow trout 10/10Macaroni 7/10Baked sweet potato 9/10 (the pecans on top are a good touch)Service was extremely good, especially since she said she was new!

Used to love going here with the fam. In my experience, the food is generally consistent and the gift shop is always pleasant. Lately however it seems we keep having problems with the restaurant staff, either bad attitude or just not very helpful. On today’s visit their faulty coffee cup handle broke, spilled coffee all over our table, and we ended up having to clean most of it ourselves. They said this has happened before... good grief you’d think they would get sturdier glassware! Whenever you go out to eat, you hope to take a mental vacation, but whenever I‘ve gone here, I‘ve often left feeling anxious or upset. Normally I don’t leave bad reviews, but I’ve had a poor experience on multiple occasions.

A good place to eat food was good but the cooks doesn't know the difference between scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Management is the worst towards our people but I would never visit this particular Cracker Barrel her in Hot Springs ever.

The service has always been great here and the food is very good!! I personally love the meatloaf! Love Cracker Barrel!!

My wife and myself decided to go in and have a nice meal. But we couldn't even get anyone to even say hello to us! We waited about 15 minutes, but no one ever came to wait on us. At that point we decided to just get up, and leave. So very disappointed. I'm amazed of how many people that don't want to work. I will not be back anytime soon and that sad.

Well taken care of by Teigan. We went for lunch.. My wife ordered the country boy breakfast and the steak that came with it was a very nice portion of New York Strip steak. I don't know if that is the norm for that particular meal but it was impressive to say the least. My meal was delicious as well. Thank you Teigan for excellent service.

Six of us went 2/12/22 ard 7pm and two of us wanted porkchops but they just ran out. First time ordering shrimp (tiny and over cooked). Maple and chicken fried chicken was great for 3 of us. Salmon and chicken fried steak, no comments from them.

The chicken fried steakwas undercooked & disgusting, the tea was watered down, the biscuits were not cooked in the middle but the cornbread was overcooked & greasy, & the green beans & collard greens were awful. The only thing we ordered that was able to be ate was the mashed potatoes & coleslaw. We were given a full refund. The service was good.
