Fajitas was slightly below average. Most of it tasted reheated or wasn’t fresh. Queso on the fajitas was terrible. Pasta was a 5/10. Service was actually phenomenal for the lack of workers that were present.
The food was very delicious and we had a great waitress.
Really dirty environment. Crumbs were all over the bar. I could only find one chair that didn’t have crumbs in front of it. I was going to stay and eat, but I’ll be leaving after I finish my first beer. I feel like I caught COVID already.
Spent $40 on a meal and the wings were inedible, dry like eating shoe leather. Quesadillas were over cooked and cold and so were the fries. Called the store and asked for the manager, explained to her we had to throw out wings because we couldn’t eat them. Asked for a refund and was told Chilis doesn’t give refunds only return voucher for the next visit. Gave my email address so we could get the voucher, never received anything. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! Very sad how Chilis treats its customers and just plain doesn’t care especially when the charge such high prices. Corporate needs to take a look at food quality and customer service.

Best honey chipotle chicken strips, street corn is good. Sweet tea was good. Love the Texas cheese fries.
I had the Club sandwich with fries, sweet tea, chips, and salsa. It was all delicious. Our waitress, Sofi, was wonderful and attentive. Definitely going back.
Placed order for delivery through Uber eats-called the restaurant and asked for Ketsup to be put in bag since there was no option for that on delivery app. Staff told me they were “running out of Ketsup, but she would try. “ Need to have condiments if you want to run a business
our waitress was missy,very nice,polite and hard working.the restaurant is under staffed and we had to wait longer than expected but the quesadillas were delicious and the cheese cake was so good.missy was so nice that we didn't make a fuss over our wait time and the place was packed,she saved the night by her outstanding customer service.
