Food and service was great. However, The parking lot and drive thru layout is another story. After finishing my meal I tried to leave the premises. I literally sat in my car for 15 mins trying to leave. The parking lot is not big enough for 2 drive thru lines and the cars for dine in. Be more considerate of your dine in customers. When meal time is over, being able to leave the parking lot in a timely fashion would be nice.
We are huge CFA aficionados; however, this time they failed miserably. My chicken sandwich didn't meet their standards (chicken was lukewarm and over cooked), and the waffle fries were cold. My wife had their nuggets with a mac-n-cheese side, her side was also cold or at best, warm.Normally, we would've gone back and redo the entire order; however, we were on our way to the ER and time wasn't on our side.Let me be very clear, CFA is usually on top of their game...they fell short on this visit. I've been residing here almost 4 years and this is only the 2nd time that we've had a concern about the food.We'll continue to "eat more chicken", we'll just have to be more aware that the orders meet both, our and CFAs expectations.
I personally never understood the hype about this place till my beautiful wife said I would like it so I did. And let me tell yall hands down was the beat fast food experience I've ever had and and the food was great. Now I get it lol it really is a good place.
Despite the line being wrapped around the building, we still got through the line in a timely manner. We had a little wait for our food so it was definitely fresh. Good customer service and staff.
Just got out of the hospital me and my wife and daughter pulled up at Chick-fil-A here in Hot Springs to place an order I ask them before we place an order to make sure my food is hot especially the french fries asked for no salt they said they could not do that because it slow things down I asked again to just make sure Food is hot and fresh we live five minutes down the road the food not even warm called a Chick-fil-A ask for a manager said it was our fault for our food being cold that did not sit well with me or my wife myself The manager just want to argue with us I work in the culinary field I will find a regional or a manager until I get results that’s not the first time I’ve got cold food there for it but it’s my first time really complaining about it especially when you pay almost $40 food is not cheap at Chick-fil-A

This place is a JOKE especially for the price. The last several times I ordered there were barely any fries in the box. It's also the slowest location I've ever visited.
