You might as well save your money and purchase McDonald's right up the street. Their burgers are approximately the same size and they're charging the consumer more!My critique isn't to embarrass or demean, rather to make future customers aware.The staff seemed rushed and more concerned about placing an order than actual customer service. I was told this was one of the "best" places in Hot Springs for a burger, I must disagree.Again, you're probably better off going to McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King for the same meal at ½ the price.
My coworker and I had lunch from here today. We both had a chef salad with grilled chicken. It was amazing!
This place is a gem! The decor is 100% Americana: license plates, flags, coca-cola. The staff are very friendly and were definitely accommodating for our large family. My daughters all raved about the burgers and the Cajun fries. I had the catfish--HUGE pieces. The baked potatoes had tons of butter. My husband said the German chocolate cake was...no exaggeration--he said it was heaven. Highly recommend this burger joint!

Always the best catfish & service around. The dinner salad was lacking a few ingredients but that wouldn't stop us from returning. Highly recommended.
I ate there several times now, I enjoyed the cat fish, loaded baked potato, take out. Cheese burger & Onion rings & side of fried mushrooms, dine in. I enjoyed both meals. Burgers & more has fast friendly servers & good food, I give a thumbs up!!!
Friendly staff and great fries but they should have kept the other veggie patty. I was disappointed about my burger today because it tasted nothing like a burger, pretty much tasteless. All I could taste was bread and you can see green beans, peas and corn in it...ordinarily that wouldn't bother me because i'm a vegetarian but this was bland...wish they still had the other burger because this was one place I could count on.
1st time in the area and this restaurant. Catfish & Shrimp was AMAZING. Will be back tomorrow and the next day.We don't care to try anything else. Service with a SMILE.

Visited tonight for the first time. We loved the decor!!! Kept the kids occupied while waiting pointing out all the state license plates. We have a family of 5 and was pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the fast friendly service and family friendly prices!!! And the sweet tea was the best!!! Thank you so much and we'll be back to visit again soon!
