We were there at 10:53 to pick up a doordash order. We pulled up to the speaker and sat there a couple of minutes and no one answered so we drove around to the window and honked no one was there or came so we called the store and whoever answered said they were working on the order and the shake machine was down. Tried contacting the customer with no luck... finally called doordash support and they said they might cancel the order cuz we'd been waiting 15 minutes for the order at this point. About 20 minutes or longer from our time of arrival they handed the drinks out of the window 5 minutes after that the food and at the same time doordash cancelled the order because it was taking too long. Ridiculous it took almost 25 minutes to get burgers and fries.
I waited in line for a burger and soda for 25 minutes they had 2 cars pulled to the side and none in lobby or drive through. What took so long is they had 2 employees and the manager was sitting outside smoking and conversation with a friend.
I got sick from the sauce on my steak bacon burger. Was so much on it that it was dripping out of the burger. I like Burger King but that was awful,worst one I have ever eaten at BK.
It is extremely irritating as a DoorDash driver to show up during their posted lobby hours and find the door locked. Waited for an hour in line to pick up the order. That’s an hour of my time that I’m getting paid nothing for. Absolutely horrendous service every time I come here, whether as a customer or a delivery partner.
Vegetarian whopper, my mother likes...Service (drive thru ) was sorta slow...Nice staff... $6.98 total for just a sandwich...
Packed. Good food. Fresh. The guy at the window was cheerful and accurate
the younger girl who works the second window is rude . i gave her a code at the window to apply it to my order and she rang me up a completely different order . so long story messed up and was mad at me for it . bc she was unable to comprehend where she went wrong she put her hand up and asked a manager for help . I had to go around again and the woman who brought my missing items out apologized for the young woman’s behavior stating “sorry about her, nobody can tell her anything” . Like if you hate working at Burger King that’s a personal problem BUT don’t be disrespectful for paying customers . Never going there again
Hands down this is the slowest most un organized Burger King that I have ever been to. I’m not one to be negative, but this right here is down right shameful. Such a nice facility to have such terrible service. I’ve literally waited almost 35 minutes for one Coke Icee and I’ve watched 4 cars drive off. I don’t know how this place stays in business. If I were the owner I’d be furious to let money pull out of my driveway.
I prefer my meat flame cooked. I think it tastes better. They will make it anyway you want. The fries are good also.
2 days in a row the whopper was delicious. Never had that good a burger at any fast food that I can recall. Nice.
