The service is OUTSTANDING! With a group of 17, we needed a place downtown to have a bite of lunch on a Sunday. Knowing that this would be a huge ask of any establishment, we headed into Bubbalu’s. They were super busy and packed and it smelled great in there! By the time we had all made it through the ordering at the counter, the incredibly helpful staff had assisted us in gathering enough tables and chairs together so that we were all able to sit together.The food came quickly, considering how busy they were. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! I had the chicken salad melt and it was phenomenal. The wheat berry bread really kicked it up a notch. The cheese fries were every bit as hot and gooey as you’d expect and the onion rings were delicious!We had several small children in our party and the staff brought out a free basket of fries for them to snack on while we waited for our order! This did wonders to appease our hungry littles!I absolutely recommend Bubbalu’s! As some other reviewers have said, the staff doesn’t expect you to tip, but they definitely earn it! There is a tip jar near the register, use it!!
Right on the main drag in hot springs, this is a spot not to be missed. Delicious food, amazing burgers and friendly staff! Always good and fresh. Went back a 2nd time to see if it was just as good. Didn't disappoint. Fully intend to return! Everything is ala carte so it's a bit pricey but such an enjoyable experience. U can sit at the counter or at a table in back and they bring the food to ur table, fresh from the grill
Cheeseburger was very juicy and tasty. Onion rings were PERFECT...crunchy coating with soft onion. Delicious chili dog also. Staff very friendly and clearly hard working!
My husband and I ate at Bubba’s today and it is one of the best burgers either of us have ever had. We walked in (unknown to us) about 10 minutes before closing but the staff was still so kind and helpful. The food was excellent. We both had a burger and I had the chili cheese fries ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and my husband had the onion rings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant was also very, very clean and well maintained. It may have been our first time in but it definitely won’t be the last.
This place is so cute! My friend and I went on our senior trip and it was a perfect place for a quick stop to eat. The food was delicious and well priced. And the service was absolutely lovely!
Worth a 15 minute wait in line. They don’t expect tips but please tip well- every nickel is needed in this economy. The fries and onion rings were good. The soda fountain was off (need to clean the lines). The burger was average, and the hot dog was good. Chicken salad melt was interesting. The service was average- which is above average for Hot Springs. Everywhere else the staff were tired and some cranky. Here they were hard working and pleasant. We’d go back if the line wasn’t too long.
Bacon cheeseburgers, fries, cheese fries, and onions rings are the bomb ?!! Bit pricey but if you can splurge stop here. The staff was super friendly and the cooks seasoned their meat well. The only reason we gave this place 4 stars is bc the hamburger patty was small.
Crowded place with delicious malt, burgers, corn dog and French Fries. It’s amazing that one gentleman joggles all the orders excepts drinks, French Fries and peanut butter sandwich!! The others take orders and serve the food.
Delicious and perfect for a full belly and a walk in downtown area! Onion rings were tasty and the classy dog hit the spot!
Oh how I wish I could actually enjoy a burger at this place. This place is NEVER open. I mean I have wanted to eat here at least 6 times when visiting Hot Springs but it is NEVER open. I mean they close at 4pm. The downtown streets can be packed with people and they CLOSE. You can hardly find a place to eat in the evenings because all the restaurants nearby are so full and they are NOT OPEN. I walked by this place today and smelled the amazing aroma of cooked burgers only to see the chairs flipped upside down on the tables because it’s 3:45 and they are CLOSING in 15 minutes. It’s like a burger tease.
