Wonderful food. We were a little skeptical but SO glad we decided to go. The fish, shrimp, coleslaw, fries, hush puppies and tarter sauce were great, good taste. The person that took our order was super nice. The service was fast, they cook your order after you place it very hot and fresh. Do yourself a favor and stop there and eat. Thank you
Food is very good and fresh. It's made when you order. The only downside is the cost. Around 16.00 four 4 pcs of catfish, ff, hush puppies, and Cole slaw. Fried with cornmeal breading. Got hungry just writing the review!

The catfish and sides are very good, but their fresh, but their very own tartar sauce is the best I've ever tasted. Service is friendly and fast. I've been here several times and both food and service are consistently very good .

My husband had heard about Bubbas from a coworker. He had recommended that we try it when he heard we were going to be visiting Arkansas. I had it in my head that it would be a restaurant with inside seating. I was a little hesitant when I saw it was a food truck with outside picnic tables. No matter that part, the food was excellent. We had the fried catfish and shrimp. It came with hush puppies, french fries and cole slaw. Everything was crispy and fresh fried. The only thing I didn’t like was the cole slaw, but otherwise I give it two thumbs way up!
Awesome roadside establishment. What was great was if you're not to hungry but have to try the legendary fish, you can make a purchase by the individual piece at an exceptional value. They were nice and gave me an extra piece too. Great food, no BS!
