The nachos appetizer says it feeds 2-4, and they aren't lying. It was the biggest plays of food I've ever had, and it was really good. The pork was very tasty. Got to keep our souvenir Mason jar from the drink we had. It all was delicious and service was excellent! Nice view also.
We were headed through Hot Springs and love to just pick random places to stop & eat. We passed them then turned around. It's a three story restaurant and bar on Lake Hamilton. We did have to wait about 45 minutes for a seat but we are fine with waiting especially with the third deck bar and seating (family friendly) with a beautiful view of the lake. It was a hot day but they have fans ans mist sprayers going. The 1st floor is the restaurant (indoor & outdoor dining), 2nd floor was 21 & up only bar, and 3rd floor was family friendly waiting area with shuffle board. The food was so good (especially the Hawg Bowl) Alligator Bites were seasoned so good, and burgers/wings were yummy. This place was pet friendly which is cool. They have to be on a leash but we saw about 6 pups enjoying the boats. They also have boat slips so you can pull right up to each.
Great addition to the lake! Fabulous atmosphere! Hog bowl appetizer was incredible! Onion rings were spot on! Good parking for boats. Great experience
They was very pack. The 1st floor had an hour wait. So we went to the 2nd floor the bar and it was a little better 30min. We ordered a drink and sit up on the 3rd level and wait for our table to be ready. The view was beautiful and food was delicious. I will be back again to enjoy myself some more maybe for dinner. Bet it look nice at night time.
Friendly staff, quick service, good food and drink! Can't beat the view too. Favorite dishes = nachos, cheese curds, and the onion rings ... Oh the onion rings! We were happy to have a vegetarian/vegan burger option too!
Been to this establishment many times in my motorcycle riding travels. Don't wait for a table, don't order any of the food if your expecting anything above PUB GRADE! Go for a nice view and the breeze on the upper decks and some really good beer/cocktails. The vibe is really good with great people all around. Not a ride to eat (RTE) place, its a ride to refresh (RTR) place...
We used to enjoy going to this restaurant for the great lake view that makes you feel like you're on vacation. The food was always average, not great, but consistent. Now for most of the last year we have been unable to get a table here without a 1-2 hour wait even on off peak times with many tables empty. I hope they can figure out their staffing so we can keep coming.
Wow! Was recommended here by a local and it did not disappoint. Place is 3 levels each offering a different vibe. Food was great and our server, Perry (that’s what the receipt said), was phenomenal. Everything was cooked to perfection with a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. I had a group of 11 people everyone was satisfied when we left. For 11 people to eat with apps and desert for under $250 with a tip is amazing coming from the Chicago area that’s almost unheard of. If you’re in the area definitely worth a stop. Highly recommend the fried crawfish tails.
Easily accessible from the main road. There is plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. The Restaurant has multiple levels for dining both inside and out. The Staff was very friendly. Restrooms were available and clean (The Mens Urinals are Interesting and have rear view mirrors to view the TV behind you!)The Menu has something for everyone. The food was so good the first night we visited that we returned the next. The portions were ample and cooked perfectly. There is also a game area with pool tables etc.In the area give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
This was my first time here, but definitely will not be my last. The view was absolutely beautiful. We did get a “shareable appetizer” (not pictured) of alligator. For $12 it is not worth it and definitely not enough to share. I ordered the Wakesetter platter with catfish, clam strips, fried shrimp, fried scallops, hush puppies, & fries. It was $18.95 and could’ve fed 2-3 people. It was good but the catfish was very fishy tasting and not a lot of meat.My husband ordered the Wavebreak burger and it was delicious! To sum it up, we’ll be going back to try more of their menu and take in the view.
