We had the best date night at Brick House Grill! The food was wonderful. The steaks and Dixie lemonade are second to none! Pam gave us excellent service including offering me a large trash bag for the walk back to the Arlington since a thunderstorm rolled in during our dinner. Can’t wait to go back!
Great service. Clean. Food was amazing but just a bit greasy on the catfish and the fries! Visiting from our campsite at Crystal Springs. Couples date night out!
Eclectic setting serving up scrumptious food. The hamburgers are huge with high quality meat and toasted buns. The bacon, avocado and cheddar cheese burger was fantastic. The smoked turkey sandwich was piled high with tender flavorful thinly sliced turkey. Pair that with a large bowl of hearty potato soup and you've got a winner. Colorful artwork for sale hang on the walls throughout the restaurant. Good, friendly servers.
Simply delicious. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. The sweet potato fries with the cinnamon butter were amazing. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. All of us at Hot Springs Hemp Company LOVE the Brick House Grill!!
Food was delicious, staff was absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend! We had a party of 14 yet our food arrived quickly and hot, waitress was very cheerful and efficient!
We were happy with the freshness of the salad, the quality, tenderness and portions of the beef strips. The salad with chicken was also good. So was the service, reasonable prices and atmosphere.
We've been here a few times and usually the service and food are spot on. I understand that many restaurants are short staffed, so I give grace with my reviews. We sat in the bar area...we were the only people there. The gentleman at the bar, who was answering the phone so thinking he works there, talked about shooting a cat, killing cats, and bait dogs. WTF? The food: Burger was on point and the fries were off the hook. Catfish poboy was more of a catfish sandwich...it was good but definitely not a poboy. The service: Pretty good until a large group with a small "service" dog came in. The staff was so enamored with the dog that we couldn't get to go box or ticket. I figure if we return we'll put a service dog vest on our dog and have him sit in our lap at our table so we can get great service.
The burger was good. It was huge and I could barely eat half of it. Fries were good too. Service was fast and friendly. I enjoyed all of the artwork as well.
We were visiting Hot Springs NP and stopped in here for lunch. It was located about a block or 2 south of the bathhouse row. We were seated in an upstairs area, I didn't see any outside seating. My wife and I both had the half sandwich and soup. I had the Club with tomato basil soup and she had the Turkey with Potato Bacon soup. Everything was very good. Nice flavor in the soups. Price was very acceptable and the service was good. Glad we stopped in here.
Interesting Bar/Average decor/Salad uninspired/Had to send steak back (could not cut)/tasted better next round/Service was good/Way Overpriced (Bring Your Wallet) !!
