This donut/ice cream combo is pretty convenient. There's a nice array of coffee and frozen beverages. Nice indoor seating options. New ice cream flavors often. There's also gluten free and dairy free ice cream as well as gelato. Helpful staff.
So my 74-year-old grandmother loves this place is waffle cones with rocky road. She called them an hour ago and asked if they had waffle cones available, the lady on the phone told her she was getting ready to make some they would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. My grandmother goes up there an hour later and was told that they don’t have any waffle cones and when my grandmother explained to the young man that the girl had told us an hour ago she was making waffle cones he replied with well she didn’t make them. My grandmother then asked for a manager, Patrick told her they no longer have one. On top of that, all the little young girls in there were giggling about the whole situation. Pathetic, will never be going here again
For a business that specializes in ice cream and ice cream cakes, you would think they would have cakes on hand in the event someone decides to wander in and buy one. NOT even 1 single ice cream cake in the building!!!! The bad part about the situation was that the employees did not care.
Stopped in a couple days ago. I was told the freezer went out and all they had left was what was in the display freezer. My kids ordered two of the turtle creature creations and for some reason the employee kept making one of them as the shark creature creation after being corrected at least twice. When we got the ice cream, the edible creature creations were both freezer burnt as well as one of the ice creams that one of my kids got. All around terrible experience.

Went there twice, the Dunkin part had a poor selection of donuts that were not fresh, it was later in the day, and the Baskin part had typical good ice cream. Staff was friendly.

Very clean & nice employees.
The info online says they are open until 10pm. We arrived a little after 9pm and they were closed. Hours on the door say close at 9pm. Really need to update online info. We are from out of town and drove a good way to get donuts just to be disappointed.
