Always good service. Good service can sometimes make up for bad food but that is not the case with 501. Wonderful food and service. I brought a person from Houston and she was impressed with both service and food quality. 501 best in Hot Springs and I eat out everyday.
Drinks were great!! Main meal was excellent deserts fell a little short. Very clean server was A+

The service was excellent. The server was attentive and not overbearing. The food was phenomenal.
We had a good meal and good conversation, although a little pricey. OpenTable cancel rates seemed a little excessive too. Thanks.
Our table of five enjoyed great food and equally great service. The NY Strip special was the bomb, as was the Boursin filet on a bed of polenta. Our server was Michael. He was pleasant and attentive, and he made some great suggestions for those of us who were undecided. Overall, it was an excellent meal, and we will definitely be back before long. I gave the restaurant only four stars for ambience because the upstairs dining area was freezing. The AC was working too well, if thatâs possible in July.

Even though our waiter Joe was fairly new to 501, his great customer service over came anything he was not yet familiar with. The food was outstanding, from the oysters (we had Oysters two ways and I even made my own Oyster Shooter with a shot of Grey Goose) to the steaks (perfectly cooked medium rare.) Even the Reservationist and Greeter were so wonderful, they made as if we had been coming there forever. Celebrating our joint 75th birthdays, we have traveled the world and eaten at some of the best.....501 Prime is on the one of the Best list.
