Amazing little restaurant with Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. Works great for a quick take out or as an informal sit down dinner. Goodly portions and great flavor. Service is also top notch.
Great service and very good, light food!
Great place for food sorry not open on the weekends
My son and I are new in town and have been looking for a really good Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. We have tried several between Fort Smith and Van Buren. This is it. Taipei is not only delicious but so very friendly too! This is our new go to for excellent food and service.
Best place in Ft. Smith that my wife and I have found for Chinese food! Great atmosphere and the food was delicious! We also received a slice of homemade fruit cake. Served at Christmas time complementary with meal when you done in. We will definitely be back!
Great lunch, great service and a great price. Did not surprise me at all to find out the lady who owns the place is a Christian. I will be back
Had sesame chicken, flavors were great, but chicken was a fried chicken breast sliced up. Egg drop soup was great.
Great food! My wife and I had the Dinner Moo Goo Gai Pan. Egg drop soup and crispy noodles were fresh and tasty! Egg roll was excellent and fresh, not greasy like other Asian restaurants! Our dinner arrived next and was steaming hot and freshly made!!! Great!!! I had a Mr. Pibb and the soda was great, bubbly and cold!!!
Absolutely love this place!
This is my favorite Chinese food. I moved away to OKC and when we I would come back to town I always made sure to get some Taipei when I visited. When I moved back recently, it was the first place I went before I even finish unpacking. And I moved right around the corner from it, so I’ll be going weekly.I’ve been eating there since the 90s when I was in school at Southside. We would always skip and go there. After I graduated, I worked at National Pharmacy and Jeff would always get us lunch there at least once a week.Still today, if I want Chinese food it’s the only place I go. Obviously I have other places when I’m in the mood for Thai or Vietnamese, but hands down this is the best Chinese food. You won’t find a better bang for your buck either. Egg drop soup comes with the meal, and if you’re like me and you aren’t fond of it, you can ask for wonton soup. Their wonton and crispy noodles together is heaven. (I wish it were open right now!!!!)I got lunch form my mom the other day, chow mein, and she’s talked about it all week. They are fast and friendly, and the food is fresh. The restaurant is small, but it’s cozy, clean, and well-maintained. They recently renovated I believe.Take away is always ready when I get there, and I’ve never had an order made wrong.
