WORST TACO BELL !!! Do not come here you will sit in the drive thru line for a good 30 minutes before even being able to order. They only help 1 car at a time an the rest of the line pilles up an waits to even order there food. Half the line usually ends up leaving!
1 star rating because it wont let you rate a 0First time we go back in over 2 years , and we're quickly reminded why we quit eating here . Long wait in line , just to get home and discover order is wrong and to top it off its all cold .orderd a Burrito Supreme Combo , got 3 soft tacos instead that were cold .My Wife's meal was also cold . Tried calling store 3 times but they would just pick up and immediately hang up without even saying a word.Ft.Smith store at 915 Greenwood and Grand Avenue.
Lucas (working outdoors) was amazing! He went above and beyond to inform me of changes with the menu and offered up awesome suggestions for upgrading my meal! A+ service
I always place my orders from the Taco Bell app, because they have awesome rewards. Most of the staff there is pretty friendly. It never fails though, every single time I pick up my order, there is always at least one item missing from it. Sometimes even quite a bit of my order is missing. Because of this, I always make sure to check the bag, but the employees really need to step up their game and check the orders. THAT'S PART OF THEIR JOB! The last time I ordered from there and went to pick it up, I was in a really big hurry and had a pretty big order. So I asked the lady at the window, very nicely, if she could please check the order and make sure everything was in the bag, because there's always something missing every time I get food from there. I see her look inside the bag to make sure everything is there, then she handed it to me and said it was all there. I thanked her and went on my way with my order. When I got home, I was handing everyone their food and sure enough, stuff was missing. ?♀️I really love Taco Bell, but I shouldn't have to deal with this issue every single time I go there. And I know I can't be the only one this happens to...
Just stopped at Taco Bell. Probably should have known better, but with it being late, my choice was slim. Ordered some nachos bell grande (with jalapeños). Got charged for the jalapeños, but there weren’t any. Prices go up, but they put less and less on the tacos. I wasn’t given my receipt. Quality of the food definitely doesn’t meet the price!
My experience was horrible I give it a - 100. I ordered my food online online mobile app and when I got to the restaurant they told me it was going to be a 15 minute wait okay no big deal then they told me to drive around the building and get at the end of the line. The manager Kayla is very unprofessional rude hateful no manners whatsoever. My food was not only wrong but it was cold and sloppy the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. I hope they get a new night manager because Kayla is not a good one
I've been eating at Taco Bell since I was 5, but let me tell you this most recent experience I've had is the best Taco Bell I've had bar none. The drive through line moved incredibly fast and efficient, only took about 8 or 9 minutes to wait in line, order and get my food, and there were more than a few cars. The crew members who assisted me were fantastic. Very cool and polite. When I finally got home and got my food oh my god. I was so surprised at the quality. It was perfect, I'm already a huge fan of Taco Bell but holy hell, it was fantastic. I had a really bad week with other restraunts, but this saved it. Excellent work over here, I would give a 10.
Glad they’re open around the clock again. Lines not too bad late night since the other stores started staying open later. And they usually have delivery orders ready pretty quickly throughout lunch & dinner if ur delivering.
Unbelievable how careless they are towards delivery drivers, knowing these drivers make money according to how many deliveries they complete. 90% of the time they don’t start working on the orders that were placed online long ago until after 5 to 10 minutes of the driver been at the store waiting for the food and then it takes 1 to 2 minutes for the food to be done. Why does Taco Bell have such a little respect for people picking up food for somebody else we are still customers we should still get treated the same even if the food is not necessarily ours.
Half of our order was completely messed up. When we were handed our bag the person in the drive thru reassured us everything was in the bag. Ended up missing a full meal and a couple other items. The ones we did receive were made incorrect.
