Really amazing place! The food is decent priced and they have a fireplace in the back room very cozy coffee shop highly recommend coming here to work or study
Excellent service. Coffee was perfect. Highly recommend!
Ordered House Salad two days in a row. Both times no red onion on salad. Its an ingredient in the salad on the Menu. Also did not get xtra Cesear dressing as requested. I tipped them. I will get food elsewhere. Still come back for fav. D drink. No tipping ever again. Too much joking around and not paying attention to orders.
I love there drinks kinda expensive but what can u expect from a shop who mainly sells drinks lol
The gal running the counter was clueless. She wasn’t rude, but she couldn’t answer basic questions about their products and any bulk discounts on cookies. The guy working with her didn’t offer any help either. A tiny piece of pretty tasty peanut butter pie was $6! It was about five bites. The cookies were good.
The vibe is super relaxed, it wasn’t busy at all, and I had a comfy seat to read in. My chai latte was great, all criteria met for a pleasant time.
I always get the white chocolate mocha with raspberry. They never disappoint.
Great coffee good atmosphere.
I had out of town guests for Christmas and they wanted to walk through the Creekmore Park Christmas lights on December 23. They also wanted some hot cocoa before we started our walk. We went in to Sweet Bay at 6:50 p.m. and put in an order for a small hot cocoa, and 2 medium size peppermint hot cocoas. It was slightly crowded so we went and stood in a corner out of the traffic flow. After a 30 minute wait, and seeing people getting their orders who came in after us, we approached the counter to see the status of our order. They had obviously skipped us, and they put it in again, without an explanation or apology. The red headed girl just threw a pink punch card at me as if that would take care of a 30 minute wait for hot cocoa. In another 5 minutes the peppermint hot cocoas were ready, but not the plain hot cocoa. This is not a difficult order and we continued to stand there and wait. Several minutes later they called out my hot cocoa. I literally grabbed it and ran out the door, because I was very irritated at the service of this place. Just outside the door, I took a sip of my cocoa, and to my absolute horror, it was NOT HOT AT ALL! and it TASTED AWFUL!! I do not know how you mess up plain hot cocoa and charge over $4.00 for it, but that is what happened to me and I will not go back, and I will advise everyone I know to avoid this shop at all costs. McDonalds would have been a million times better in their quality of hot cocoa.
Best Mocha ever! And the guacamole chicken panini was amazing!
