Bagels are good, sausage egg and cheese is just ok. Sausage doesn't have any flavor. Coffee is good and I love their outside covered area.

Good coffee and other beverages as well as an amazingly large menu of sandwiches and small pieces. Very good quality and excellent service.

Always a must when I visit home from Miami! The best coffee in town for sure!

Nice and spacious atmosphere inside with some natural light from their partial skylight ceiling, along with soft track lights, people seated and relaxed, senior women quietly playing cards at a table in the extended room, a gentleman using his tablet for studying or research in one of the corners, a couple meeting for the first time - perhaps from a dating site?... and polite and attentive staff on duty. I enjoyed some cold brew coffee which was simply tasty. My companion enjoyed his pastry and Expresso coffee. All of this contributed to a pleasant experience at the Sweet Bay Coffee spot by Creekmore Park.

The gal running the counter was clueless. She wasn’t rude, but she couldn’t answer basic questions about their products and any bulk discounts on cookies. The guy working with her didn’t offer any help either. A tiny piece of pretty tasty peanut butter pie was $6! It was about five bites. The cookies were good.

I was once an everyday customer, and now I won’t be returning. Each day, I ordered a custom made medium sized latte, and it came out to $6.40. I went today and I was charged $11.50. I payed almost double!! I confronted the cashier about this, and she did not attempt to look over this issue. She was not rude, but she basically told me I was wrong. Later on today, I called and asked for a price check. I was correct

I got a coffee and picked up some used coffee grounds. I called the day before and they saved them for me. I use them on my blueberry plants. Coffee is great there.

Only decent customer service comes from the manager. The hateful awkward teens at the front counter are disappointing. Horrible products and lazy ppl. This place will not be open soon. Bad customer service is annoying.

Sweet Bay! I love this place and since Starbucks was closed (again) we came here. Fast service and friendly people at this location so we will definitely be back!

I had out of town guests for Christmas and they wanted to walk through the Creekmore Park Christmas lights on December 23. They also wanted some hot cocoa before we started our walk. We went in to Sweet Bay at 6:50 p.m. and put in an order for a small hot cocoa, and 2 medium size peppermint hot cocoas. It was slightly crowded so we went and stood in a corner out of the traffic flow. After a 30 minute wait, and seeing people getting their orders who came in after us, we approached the counter to see the status of our order. They had obviously skipped us, and they put it in again, without an explanation or apology. The red headed girl just threw a pink punch card at me as if that would take care of a 30 minute wait for hot cocoa. In another 5 minutes the peppermint hot cocoas were ready, but not the plain hot cocoa. This is not a difficult order and we continued to stand there and wait. Several minutes later they called out my hot cocoa. I literally grabbed it and ran out the door, because I was very irritated at the service of this place. Just outside the door, I took a sip of my cocoa, and to my absolute horror, it was NOT HOT AT ALL! and it TASTED AWFUL!! I do not know how you mess up plain hot cocoa and charge over $4.00 for it, but that is what happened to me and I will not go back, and I will advise everyone I know to avoid this shop at all costs. McDonalds would have been a million times better in their quality of hot cocoa.
