Bought combos and ordered 3 cookies ,saw the girl only put 2 in bag. Then asked her if she put 3 because I only saw you put 2. She said she did, oh guess what, Nope got home only 2. Loved being lied to and paying for something I didn't get. Although it's 1 cookie it's the principal of it.
Ate there last 3 days.2 people working.not their fault! Manager needs to be there and help them or while someone.after setting at order post 20 minutes, I drove around.2 people taking care of drive thru and front.sad.then we ordered steak teriyaki, got home had chicken.
It's subway, pretty much the same as always, but their food has gotten way too expensive. Walked in, saw the prices, and left to go somewhere I could get full for cheaper
I am very frustrated with this store. I just received a delivery order and it is not right, this is not the first time that my order has been wrong. I ordered a wrap with extra cheese, smashed avocado that I paid extra for and not only does it NOT have the extra cheese and avocado but no cheese at all and no sauce. It’s just a tortilla and meat. I understand that mistakes happen but how do these mistakes happen with nearly every order? My last order was perfect, except I got regular lay’s and not baked which was not a big deal I figured they were out of baked. The two orders before that were both wrong, I didn’t change anything on these two orders, they just didn’t pay attention to what sandwich I had ordered, instead of making the steak club with bacon and turkey, they just made a steak sandwich. What really upsets me with these mistakes, is when I end up paying extra for what I’m ordering but then don’t get what I pay for. There are other subway stores in DoorDash now, I will have to start ordering from a different one.
The comment from BIANICA GODWIN is totally incorrect. Never was a pregnancy referred to, and the employee was completely compliant and friendly. The customer BIANICA GODWIN was cursing at the employee, demanding more items beyond the doubled limit, was rude to everyone else in the store, and making a scene. Don’t believe the hype, great subway, new employees, and they gave more than enough items on the sandwich and she didn’t offer to pay which she referenced. Just a total psycho in general demanding the world.
they dont give correct portion of meat then with veggies you HAVE to take what they give you even if yoir pregnant and want extra olives they REFUSE to give you what you ask for evidently because the NEW owner told them no extra toppings allowed WORSE SUBWAY visit ever I even offered to pay for extra veggies and still denied I WONT be visiting this location OR ANY tied to if the owner is that bent over how I like my sandwiches
This play is nice and big inside. Clean and the make good roasted rolls for your choices!
Went here today. And litterly waited 30 minutes for an order. They wernt even busy at all! The cashier at the window was very very rude. And even told us to come inside too order. And we could see them through the window chatting and NOT MAKING THE ORDER.
Tried the chicken bacon ranch sub on wheat. It was pretty tasty.
My boyfriend and I came in and ordered our food and sat down and ate. They didnt have a few things we wanted like a certain type of bread, but that wasnt even a problem for us, we said "no problem, we will take the other", no big deal. We were in a good mood ordering and said thank you for everything after asking for condiments. We thought the service was good.We sat down and openned our food. I did find a small hair in mine, but I'm not really they type of person to complain about that. We started eating our food and talking about our day and conversation about some guy that messaged me on fb and he didnt like that. While we're talking the lady at the front wiping down the food station, the one that had just made our food leaned over the glass towards us and started saying something and at first I didnt realize she was talking to us. So I looked at her and started listening to what she was saying. She said, with an attitude out of nowhere, "I do have 2 pieces of wheat, but we keep those incase we get a call in order and since you're in front of me I can tell you we dont have that." I asked her why she felt the need to tell me that and she said she needed to defend herself. I told her we never said anything about our bread being a problem to her or to eachother. She then yelled at me saying again she needed to defend herself and I asked her for her name. She wasnt wearing a name tag and she said why and I told her I thought the whole situation was ridiculous and I was going to be leaving a review. She said just say the fat lady. I dont feel the need to randomly be rude to people and I told her that I wasnt going to say that. I then said, "even if we did say something to eachother about the bread, which we didnt, that's no way to speak to a customer whether you feel the need to defend yourself or not."If I do get a response from someone I didnt get her name, but I did get a picture of her. I dont want her to get fired no matter how much she deserves it, but she needs to know she cant just assume someone is talking about her and insert herself into their conversation and start yelling at them. She really needs some one on one training and if shes any type of manager she should be demoted.
