Placed an order through door dash - which they confirmed. 40 minutes later (and after the dasher has already arrived to pick up my food), I get a call from doordash that they're having to cancel my order because the store "doesn't have some of the items" and apparently won't allow for edits or substitutions to my order to rectify the situation. This is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this from ANY restaurant in the Fort Smith area.... Shame.
Friday at 6pm. One worker....which is usual for this place. Drivethrough waiting, line inside. Vegetables look as if been out all day.
Excellent staff, still observing COVID-19 recs, made our sandwiches perfect and even had some suggestions for taking it up a notch.

Stopped at this restaurant for a sandwich. The two young ladies working didn't acknowledge me for several minutes then acted like it was a chore to make my sandwich and ring me up.I will not stop at this subway again.
