My husband and I came into this location at about 9:15 pm Saturday night for dinner. Your female employee behind the counter was obviously very upset and using very foul language because the oven alarms were annoying her. We even tried to compliment her on her pretty hair and were ignored completely. She was very rude and basically made our sandwiches as quickly and without any care to the ingredients that she was putting on the sandwiches. She didn’t offer to toast our sandwiches, and was very upset when she was asked for napkins. She just looked at me shook her head and totally ignored the request. This is not how you treat people whom are paying for services in your store. The young gentleman behind the counter was very nervous working with her because she was mean to everyone. We will not return to this store again. The language used in this store is one reason, but to be treated as a nuisance in this store will not be tolerated at all. I would very much appreciate a timely response from this review before I have a talk with your corporate office. Thank you.
Noone answers the phone and when I finally got someone to answer, they hung up immediately! Will not be going here anymore and wouldn't recommend this store. I would go to a different location.
Good food but when ask for extra they charge but you don't get extra. I had two tomatoes on a foot long three different times.
The meat was old thay ended up having to take it all off the server, kids working there thay have no idea whats going on
The food is super good and the staff is always friendly but the drive-through is extremely slow I would recommend walking in.
The crew worked as a team and got my order promptly, as well as all the orders. They were kind and attentive.
The young lady that was working on the afternoon of 12 09 21, was the sweetest. She was working alone but took time to let me know she had 4 orders in front of me. She told me it would be a few minutes before she could get my order. My breakfast Flatbread sandwich was great. Thank you

This is the subway right by my work it's more convenient for me to come here. They occasionally mess up my orders and I don't ever say anything bc I only have a 45 minute lunch. Today instead of listening to me full order the drive through lady kept cutting me off and at one point I stated I wanted my sandwich toasted. Of course she got it wrong bc she wouldn't let me talk. And they gave me two extra cookies to make up for it, I doubt it was intentional, but still Y'all do this all the time. Whoever manages the place has got to get it together. The subway in EZ mart on 71 has never gotten my order wrong. Maybe the manager should call and ask for tips.
The manager (her name is Dallas) is horrible. She is very disrespectful.
